Very bad services, the product got delivered somewhere else (and it needs to be cold, so anything like that is unacceptable). The custom service on the email answers fast but doesn’t solve anything and the medical support email doesn’t reply your questions. Beware of this services.

I ordered Mounjaro, a biological cold-chain medication that strictly requires storage between 2°C–8°C. GoLighter handed the package to UPS right before the midsommar weekend (June 18th), causing it to sit in transit hubs for 4 full days. It arrived completely warm at 20°C with melted ice packs, destroying the medication's long-term shelf life. When I reached out to customer support (Ticket #264748), they brushed me off by saying it is "safe for 30 days" and completely ignored the fact that they ruined the fridge shelf life I paid for. After I pushed back, they stopped responding to my emails entirely. This is a severe breach of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) pharmacy regulations. I have reported this to Klarna and am officially escalating this to Läkemedelsverket. Avoid this service if you expect safe medical deliveries.

The service I received from Go Lighter was very good and professional BUT UPS has been very, very slow to deliver. I have been home waiting for two full days and still no delivery. Totally unacceptable.
