40 euro paid extra for a 100% max battery watch -- got a watch that is 89% instead without any apology nor compensation proposal other than a reply "just to send it back" within its retour window.

After receiving a ‘zero euro’ offer from Coolblue for my old iPad when I bought a new one with them, I ended up at the Rebuy website which I found via google. From that moment on, the sale of my old iPad was very easy. To my surprise, about a week after sending the iPad, I received the exact amount as initially quoted. Rebuy offered two shipping options during the process; the only comment I have is that I should have chosen GLS, because DPD drop-off points are quite hard to find. Other than that: a surprisingly good first experience with this company.

Bought a ROG Ally Z1E from them in Good condition, it arrived with a broken joystick (which I honestly think should be one of the "280 tests" they claim to do).

Returned it but trusting the reviews and that it is a reputable store, I bought an "Excellent" condition one, 50 euros more expensive, and couldn't be more disappointed. It came in worst condition than the "Good" one, with a big scratch on the bottom and 82% battery health (The good one had 87% health). The other one has no visible scratches and better battery, how come this one was rated Excellent and the other one Good?

I reached out to customer service asking what we could do, then I got the generic "you're within the 21d to return". I said I wanted to keep it if they gave me a partial refund to downgrade it to the value of a "Good" condition one, instead of an excellent, they said they do not do that and that I'd either do an exchange or a return, which would make me go another 2 to 3 weeks AT LEAST without the product I already paid twice for.

All in all, product testing seems to be very basic and not nearly close to the "280 tests" they claim to do, and customer support is basically "you're within 21d of returning so please return" with no flexibility in what to do to make the customer happy or satisfied.

UPDATE: after contact with their support they offered me a partial refund with the price difference between both conditions to better reflect the condition that this device is in. For me that’s a suitable solution for it so I’m changing it to 4*

I bought Xiaomi, the phone was in an excellent condition with the original box , the only thing I don't like is that there was no charger

I bought a Steam Deck and received it in perfect condition. The only issues I could find were two small scratches on the back of the device, but they are already covered by the case. I really recommend this website.

Worst customer service you can ever imagine, they have removed and destroyed my sim card while promised not to, and in return offered 10 Euro ! cheap people..

I've been trying to buy reusable stuff to save money and reduce waste, especially for something as expensive as smartphones.
Got a refurbished Iphone 12, 128GB, Good condition. It was delivered 2 days after purchase, at the exact time frame specified. It's been a week and the phone's been running well so far, there are some small scratches on the rim but I don't care about that since I'll put it in a case anyway. 80-99% battery which drains at an okay rate, left it alone after full charge for one day and it's 25% at the end of the night. Not laggy at all, sound is good, almost brand new.
Basically, if you don't care too much about appearances and just wants a usable phone for a good price, then consider this site. Will definitely check here again when this little one dies out lol

My first time buying refurbished went great. I got a premium device for the price of a brand-new but entry-level model. No sign of using, battery is like new.

I bought Pixel 8 with the condition of "Very Good". But I am disappointed with the condition. There are so much scratches for the condition of "Very good". Furthermore, there is a pinch hole on one of the speakers. I sent some pictures and they replied immediately that I am wrong. They also offered to send back but I already needed the phone and I could not send it back. I think I paid the condition of "Very Good" but received "heavily used" or "Good". So I am sad with Rebuy's condition evaluation.

I sent my google pixel 9 pro xl in a perfect condition. They contacted me and said that SIM card tray is damaged and they can offer me only 27 euros instead of 380 (don't remember the amount). I naturally declined. Probably the guy who ejected the sim card tray broke it, because it was fine when I sent it. I did not recieve my device yet, but I do really hope they did not break anything else. Now I have to spend 10-15 euros to replace the sim tray. Avoid rebuy bettet sell it on markplaats. And the offer of 27 euros for sim card tray that costs 15 euros at most
