My experience: after one month screen start behaving randomly... brought back to store just to hear that as there was a scratch on the camera lense the warranty is void.... for a scratch on the camera!!!!! They know how to destroy customer trust.

Buyer beware! Great service until you have a defect. Reported defect right away with pictures and customer service recommended that I visit a store to have it looked at that in principle it should be repairable under the guarantee and if not they can exchange it out. Get to the store, oh this isn’t covered by our guarantee. What a waste of time traveling to the store to be told that it can’t be covered. The customer service could have just said this in the email.

Poor experience twice in a month with mac book and keyboard, yet reading reviews i see consistently poor and unprofessional service…

I bought an iPhone 12 mini. It was indicated that some parts were not originally Apple, but fully accepted by Apple and fully working.

Well... the touch screen was not working! It did not react, and the iPhone was impossible to use. After 2 weeks, it got better and now I can use it. I do not know if these 2 weeks were planned, or I was just lucky.

Well balanced price / quality of product. Good alternative to brand new products. Be aware, when it is mentioned used, it is really used :)

Good company. Have bought several iphones over the last years. Have not had opportunity to test their guarantee.

They sell iPhones with non genuine defektive parts. For example the touch screen doesn’t work anymore once we put a protection film on it. Then they refuse to accomodate a phone swap at the same (i had a discount on the original purchase) price. Ridiculous.

The device was of good quality and came well packed.

The telephone did not work to make phone calls.
All other functions and external conditions were fine.
Apparently, the telephone was not fully tested.
This is not acceptable for a company selling secondhand equipment.
My rating is not lower because, on the other hand, the customer service at the shop was very good and the process for refund was smooth.

The price of the product was higher than expected and I liked it more when one could go into your physical store, choose and buy a product, and have someone transfer all data from the old laptop onto the new one - all in one go. But having said that, ordering the product online was easy and the delivery was fast and on time.

The iPhone 16 Pro was sold as "like new". In fact the frame was massively stretched and also the display showed scratches. I sent it back immediately.
