Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Great service until you have a defect. Reported defect right away with pictures and customer service recommended that I visit a store to have it looked at that in principle it should be repairable under the guarantee and if not they can exchange it out. Get to the store, oh this isn’t covered by our guarantee. What a waste of time traveling to the store to be told that it can’t be covered. The customer service could have just said this in the email.

Advertising says they ship worldwide

Advertising says they ship worldwide, but once you go to pay after spending time searching for the right product, they actually don’t send outside the US at least to Switzerland I get an error that they don’t ship here. I’m surprised that there are reviews from Switzerland, wondering if these are fake reviews??

beware if you buy on FB the link…

beware if you buy on FB the link redirects to a counterfeit version hard to tell which is the original, I contacted Calmly iRelax and they say URelax is actually the counterfeit.

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time. It is a standard plan that doesn’t even take your schedule into consideration. If you have days that are blocked for no exercise, they’ll inevitably schedule a workout for that day. Once you’re signed up you cannot move things around. Total bummer.
