Kindness and understanding

Just had appointment there today to get bras swimwear etc. The lady was so helpful so calm and polite I felt so much at ease with her I couldn't make up my mind about the colours/design and I thought I was taking up to much of her time but she assured me I was fine and to just make sure I was happy.I can't remember her name but she said she's not too long there but her attitude and positive approach was just amazing so thank you so much for that and being so friendly its the little things.

I had an excellent experience with my breast prosthesis and bra fitting. The staff were absolutely wonderful—kind, understanding and very professional. I never felt rushed and was given plenty of time and support to find what was right for me.

I would highly recommend Roches. Very welcoming atmosphere. The fitting was done with care, patience and professionalism. I didn’t at any point feel rushed or uncomfortable.
The staff are very knowledgeable about all aspects of measuring and fitting of both prosthesis and bras and made sure I got the right fit for me.
It’s 15 years since I was fitted for a wig and headgear and I still can’t fault the service all these years later.
I will definitely be driving from Kilkenny next year again for my fitting.
