Great experience overall

Great experience overall. The website and ordering process were smooth, and the customer service was very helpful and responsive. The pricing is fair for the subscription convenience, and everything arrived promptly. Highly recommend!

The injector is not working at all

The injector is not working at all. Thier is medication left in it. Can I switch to needles & a vial/small bottle which I draw a certain amount out and inject it then use a different needle each week?? This happened with the last kwikpen.

I've had better experiences…

I've had better experiences with other providers. They charge you $39 just to do an insurance check. They say it's free, but I was prompted a $39 charge. Very complicated and difficult to navigate through. I give up.
