Highly recommended, but the processing time is a bit excessive. I'm still waiting for the package to leave the country of origin.

Ordered on sunday the 15th of march
Never received tracking
Have blocked me on instagram and facebook
Don’t reply to emails
told me they’ve sent the parcel but refuse to send tracking
tried to blackmail to delete my review saying they’ll send it if i delete lol

UPDATE: apparently sent a refund over a week ago but my bank have confirmed nothing has been refunded

I've been a customer for three years and never had a problem, but last November I lost €1,000 because my package got stuck in customs and was returned to the sender. They refused to reimburse me. Two months ago, I placed a second order for €2,500, and I've only received about a quarter of it. I've been blocked from social media and they're no longer responding to my emails. I don't know what to do to get a refund because it's been two months, and I paid by bank transfer as usual. It's shameful for a loyal customer like me for so many years.

I have ordered since March 10 ,today March 26 no update, the parcel never left Poland, they are the worst ever company, also I can't communicate with them ,also I have to mention that the cost of the order was 330€ not 5-10€

Package never arrived and they have terrible customer service

I made an order from 26/02/2026 and they don't reply at any email regarding the update of the status and the tracking number so that i know when to expect my order. The advise i give don t order if it s not Christmas period there are other sites that communicate at any time and they will support and respect you as a customer

Don't order from these guys made order of 500 euros 3 weeks ago. No reply to emails or tickets. Had previously recived 3 orders prior. Seems they give accounts first few orders to gain trust then rip you off
No tracking I'm contacting the credit card merchant processing to get there account banned for fraud. Then gonna get there site closed down.

It's been almost a month and they haven't sent me the package. When I contacted them, they blocked me.

I made a order and pay in the 28/11/2025 and until now the order never arrived. I`ve send a lot of email´s and wrote in the chat but pyromaniax never resolbe my problem, also never return my money .

Very bad company, lies upon lies until they block, good products, shit management. Be aware.

Expensive package never showed up, have been requesting it for 4 months, but now they have taken the money and blocked my account. Stay away, scammers.

Very disappointed.
Never received the order (after 3 months).
Very bad After-sale support, they just stop answering after a few messages.

1 ordered package never left poland
2 time was a small order which i actualy rechived
3 time package never left poland
4 probably will never leave poland post
i ordered 4 times which i rechived my package only once when i conctact em either they will never respond or say an excuse about shippment.
If you are in any other country pls just order from a diffrent site and not this one since its gambling ordering from here

Nice packed, everything was fine.
There are no "scream, howling" fireworks in Croatia to buy. I risked my chances and order from Pyromaniax. Shipping is a little bit expensive (28euros I think) but I thing that's normal today :D anyway, thank you! You have great stuff in your shop!

I can't recommend Pyromaniax. I have been waiting for my order since December. Like many other customers, my package was shipped with FedEx and has been stuck at the parcel acceptance facility ever since.

My Emails are unanswered, and there is no response from Pyromaniax at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable and shameful.

I'am now forwarding this matter to the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, which I strongly recommend to other customers who are experiencing the same issues.

Was looking for a website that was legit and would ship to uk for a long time. finally found pyromaniax. i’ve done 3 orders now and everyone they have come within 2 weeks. they always answer their messages on instagram and are very reliable. prices are fairly cheap and shipping to the uk was £35 and an order over £150 is £70 shipping. however i dont mind paying this when I know my order will arrive. only thing i will say is my mate ordered from here and his package did not arrive. It was not pyromaniax’s fault it was fedex however i thought it was worth a mention
