I placed my order at the beginning of December, around New Year’s. I was a bit worried at first because it took some time until I received the tracking ID. But I was reassured, which made sense since it’s obviously a very busy time of year.
In the end, everything arrived. It was perfectly packaged.
Unfortunately, I was a bit too late with the SL. I’m still hoping there will be more, even though you hear everywhere that there won’t be any more available. I didn’t get a reply to my inquiry, but honestly that’s not a big deal. I don’t really understand why some people are complaining so much.
Anyway, the operators definitely have guts and this is a massive project.

I placed an order before many days and today I received it. Everything was fine as always team!

I didnt order yet but please gimme the list i wrote you an email 2 days ago and still didnt receive the list,and there is nothing wroong with that but im just to excited(sorry my space is broken so i write double spaces sometimes)It would be nice to receive something as soon as possible

Im regretting that I didn't order more I wrote multiple mails asking if the sl continues but no answer could yall please respond I heard rumors that the sl probably contiunes

Honestly,after 3 big orders last year,im already missing them.

All bad reviews aint true and i need to say that,those are some type of trolls or kids that are unpatient or too young to get how things work.

pyro fire eu is the GOAT of webshop ordering, i didnt order yet but seeing how they handle things is really good and they have a lot of fireworks, firecrackers and everything. 10/10 literally 1 in a million site which isnt a scam and has good pyro. would definetly recommend to people wanting pyro. only downside is i heard they have really expensive shipping, but i dont know yet if thats true

I ordered something on a website very similar to this one. Look almost identical. As I haven't received my order- i went on Trustpilot and left a bad review. Turns out I went onto the other company which is a genuine mistake for which I wo0uld have apologized if I was told in a nice way.
Instead I started to receive abusive emails calling me a deranged lunatic, a dumbass and many more. When i asked to speak to manager i was told they don't speak to stupid people like me.
How can anyone speak to people like this ? Horrible people and I really recommend no one deals with them.

I Like the shop. Shop orders are there almost immedietly. But sadly SL orders are not. He doesn't answer questions on them after payment.

I understand that its a lot of stress currently. But spending a lot of money and getting ignored by the question "how far is my SL order" is not cool!

At least some updates to give reassurence would be great. Because it sadly feels like a scam at this point

Had a large order everything came as expected with fast shipping only they forgot to Packages and send 22 Packages and deliver them to me. The missing Firecrackers were Grom 22. I have proof lost 77€ extra and they never reply to your emails or Messages they do not care about customer support. Wont refund the money or send the firecrackers over.

First of all, calm down if your shipping takes up to 2 weeks. The staff is very busy, but in the end everything is fine. Email suppport tokk just a few hours for replies.

Hi, i paid with bank transfer 3 days ago, and i still havent gotten a message. Can you email me? I dont even know my order number, but i sent you guys proof of paying. Will update

I've had my eye on this site since 2023-24 and this time I decided to place a large order from the SL list. I transferred the money via bank transfer yesterday, November 10th. I'll check the status today. (Edit: Actually, even though I expected a longer response, they replied in under 24 hours, and I'll get the tracking information soon. I also added a €15 tip.)

All in all, I would order from here more often, but due to the new laws coming into effect in the Czech Republic on January 1st, 2026, this will probably be my first and last order here. Google it, and you'll see why.
Update 22.11: I've got my trackings today, they are very busy at the moment so please stay calm!

Got the tracking number within 24 hours had no issues with communication. Would order again for sure.
