Avoid order from here if it's not Christmas
I made an order from 26/02/2026 and they don't reply at any email regarding the update of the status and the tracking number so that i know when to expect my order. The advise i give don t order if it s not Christmas period there are other sites that communicate at any time and they will support and respect you as a customer

I see that u ordered in easter, sadly from 28/2 - 02/3 it was holidays. From what i see on tracking it took 7 working days so 1 day lessed that expected.
