This company is horrible. I'm definitely not going to ever use them again. I will be sure to stop anyone I know to not use them if they go to buy there. The delivery time kept changing and saying it was going to be later when I was tracking the order. They gave a lame excuse saying that they were very busy with orders around this time of year. Since I didn't get a response for a couple of days from them, I sent two more. Their reply was not to send multiple messages because it slows them down. If didn't take so long with replying back I wouldn't need to send more than one. I ordered a blanket from them and the size I received from them was so much smaller. The quality of materials is bad. They made it sound like it was going to be something nice to warm up with. I'm afraid of using it because I'm worried that it will fall apart if I try washing it. They said on their tracking website that the package was out for delivery. When I asked them about that, they told me to talk to paypal about the delivery because they already received it. When I spoke with PayPal after that, thet said they didn't have any record of it arriving to them. This company is a total scam to me. I feel like I wasted too much time and money for something that I really won't be able to use unless I just keep it as a decoration on the wall. They can't reply to my messages about my order, but for some reason they have time to send me messages with ads about buying new things from them before I even received the first one. Negative 5 star rating from me!

The mug was advertised as having 3d printed words on mug, but it was different not as advertised, very disappointed and decieveing. Delivery took forever.

A big let down in service, when asked to supply a description and a sku # I did and still no results and also watch for their unresponsive web pages and slow production times

This company is a total ripoff i should've known when i saw all the negative reviews that they were going to rip me off,but they were the only ones that had the particular hat I was looking for,or so i thought,they sent me a totally different hat that looked nothing like the hat I ordered. I sent them an email demanding a refund,still waiting for their response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

They don’t deliver on time. My delivery took 2 months and it was for a birthday present. No updates either on your delivery status. I hate this place

Never received product and site will not provide any info even though I paid for it and paid 2 day shipping. Plus when try to get support help just takes me to site to buy more stuff!!!! Scam for sure!!!!

I ordered 4 items through them (3 doormats and a rug). All have turned up on cheap sponge material more fitted to being used as bath mats. One is damaged with loose threads and faded colours. Two are not fit for the purpose they were ordered for. All are not of the quality I was led to believe they would be.

Customer service emailed me prior to delivery asking me to change the sizing of 3/4 of the items. I agreed but haven’t been compensated or refunded for the price difference in receiving smaller doormats than I originally ordered.

When I reached out to customer services for help, I received an email back stating that I would receive help and an update on the issue in 48 hours… That was over a week ago. All my emails that I have since sent inquiring about further updates have been ignored.

Dire customer service and poor quality, misleading products. Far too expensive for the quality of cheap tat you receive.

Avoid ordering from here at all costs!

I wish I could choose a minus score because 1 star is VERY MISLEADING. I purchased a gnome from this company. The pictures on the website are 3d and I assumed I would receive a regular size gnome. Instead I got a VERY THIN picture on a stick. Not worth the $36.00 I paid. Plus they said they delivered item on my front porch but laid it in my driveway next to the doors. Had I not walked around the house to search for it I would have run over it when I drove out of the garage. I will never purchase form this company again and spread the word about my experience.

Dealing with this company has been nothing but a headache. Somehow they got the wrong address. I sent a ticket and they did change the address to my correct address. The hat still has NOT arrived. I sent 2 or 3 more tickets because I see in tracking that it has gone back to the shipper. Why? No clue....they don't respond to the tickets. So far I am out $26 and have nothing but a headache to show for it. Can I give these folks a ZERO rating?

UPDATE: after sending in the review, I actually heard right away from Printerval with a number to call. They confirmed that the hat had been returned. I requested a refund and they said that they will issue it. It appears that a negative review does get a response.

Do not touch, i ordered a 60th wedding anniversary gift, was very excited to find such a thoughtful gift. Yet, NOTHING has arrived, I have sent 3 messages and only got one response to say its on route. I have had not gift nor refund. I will be reporting, if I get nothing this week as a fraud. Really upset

Not only was my order completely messed up over and over again but the rings that I paid for on their website are machined and beautiful completely with gems and everything. The rings that they sent me look like they came out of a cracker jack box! They are pictures glued on to the rings..I am so pissed off and definitely going to file a fraud claim with my bank..do not purchase from this business,they are a con!!!!

Shipped to daughter in another state, put correct address with apartment number. They omitted apartmebt number, usps could not deliver, never got responce about reshippment, contacred paypal about refund!! Allways use paypal, they will get refund

If I could have done no stars, I would have. Ordered a Lego Shrek kit. Instead, I got all the pieces already made with part of Shrek broken off. The shipping box was completely mangled. This was an expensive item. My grandson
has been waiting for it. It took 2 months to get here. I will never use Printerval again and I will caution all my family and friends to stay away from it as well.

I had ordered 3 gifts for my son 10 days ahead of his Birthday. The order was about $100 and he recieved nothing. They said they would look into it and a month later, nothing. I was never told they are based in China when I was ordering. Frauds and liars. They are awful and their customer service is just talk and more lies. Don't throw your money away.

I had originally ordered two T-Shirts that took 2 months to get to me. When I received them, they were way too small. Ended up being youth size.
I wanted to return them, but they wouldn’t let me. Instead, they said I could keep them and they were gonna send me the right size. Well, it looked like they ended up sending me the same thing(wrong size) and not really caring.
This company blows and I will do everything in my power to never deal with this scam again!!

I ordered an ornamental glass drum kit from printerval and what they show on the pictures on website are nowhere near the product you receive. I got a print stuck un the back of a small plastic base and it’s blurry. Not worth the money I’m very disappointed it’s obv a rip off
