No help with refund
While response was rapid from Pluxee Cadeaux, their app is very confusing and they refuse to help with a refund (EU law right of retraction within 14 days). I will recommend a much simpler solution to the company issuing these cards. A supermarket card - which you would expect to use to buy food- was only usable on textiles indicated right at the bottom and not clear.

I bought two Zalando coupons
I bought two Zalando coupons, they wrote on the app that we can use multiple coupons up to 200 euros and cumulate them with current promotions. Well, it didn’t work. So i had to split my order in two in order to use the coupons and I didn’t have the promotion on the second order. I paid more than what I would normally have paid if I didn’t use the coupons. I tried writing to the customer service but I didn’t get a satisfying answer. They obviously don’t update their conditions to stay on track with Zalando. So don’t trust what’s on the app!

Prolonged Issues Accessing Funds Without Clear Support
"I recently had a pretty frustrating experience with Glady, both in trying to access my funds and dealing with unexpected fee changes. After being unable to retrieve my money, I reached out to customer service, who told me there was a technical issue affecting access. Unfortunately, this issue has dragged on, and despite several follow-up emails, I still haven’t received a clear resolution or a consistent timeline. Having my funds tied up like this is extremely inconvenient and really makes me question their reliability.
While they did apologize for the technical issue, I haven’t seen any action to back up those words. I’m sharing this review as a heads-up to others and in the hope that Glady takes steps to improve transparency and responsiveness with their customers.

Une catastrophe ! Rien ne fonctionne, l'application est probablement en version beta, il serait temps d'envisager de sortir la version finale de celle-ci !!
