While response was rapid from Pluxee Cadeaux, their app is very confusing and they refuse to help with a refund (EU law right of retraction within 14 days). I will recommend a much simpler solution to the company issuing these cards. A supermarket card - which you would expect to use to buy food- was only usable on textiles indicated right at the bottom and not clear.
