I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with PerfectLens. I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses, but received one box and it was a different brand that i already know doesn't work for me.
I contacted customer service several times and requested a return label for the remaining incorrect lenses, but they did not provide one. Instead, they continued asking for details from packaging I had already discarded, even though I had submitted a photo through their form of the item i received.

Do not recommend
I’ve worn contacts for 30 years, these by far were the worse I’ve ever felt. After putting one in my eye it stung and felt like sand paper in my eye. I have light hazel eyes and purchased the light blue colour and there was no change of colour in my eye.

The contacts came on time and were packed securely. I just had to put in my prescription and choose what I wanted. Super easy! Got some really cool coloured contacts too!

The costumer services takes you for a fool
They have handled shipping wrongly, where they dropped the unit number and as a result it was returned to their warehouse. I use my autofill which is correct and never causes me any issue for years. When I asked for the shipment reimbursement this is what I get: « It appears that your browser auto fill doesn’t work well this time. » and they ask me to reorder with paying for the shipment again!!!!
This costumer service insults me just like that!
I’d put zero if I could. 1 is too high already!
