Horrible client service but the concept and coconut based product and packaging are phenomenal.

I reached out because the wand stops working after just a few minutes (I only had the device about 6 months) and was met with a rude response basically telling me tough luck and to go pound sand. I promptly eliminated all but one of my monthly subscription services as results. You really should treat loyal paying client better. P.S. I would have purchased a new wand had you offered some sort of incentive to spend yet more on your product

Love all of it and think that the products all justify the cost. High quality ingredients. I love the hot compress and massage. It amazes me every time how I can feel the release of the oil glands. Highly effective.

I have used the heated wand for a few weeks. I like that it helps to make my eyes feel better. I like the features of the infrared and other lights to help with dark circles and fine lines around the eyes. Hope it continues to help

I love the wand and eye spray! I was a little comprehensible at first about spraying on the eyelids and allows the product to go into my eyes. It’s awesome and doesn’t burn like all products I have tried! It soothe my tired eyes and I only wish I could use something when wearing makeup!

I am in love with Peep Club! I use the wipes every morning and evening. My eyes are less itchy and irritated. I have been using the wand every day and have noticed a difference in my under eye area. I highly recommend all Peep Club products!

I bough the peep wand, and 3 other products with apprehension. It was a big buy for my budget but the dryness and redness in my eyes was driving me crazy lately. And because I travel constantly not always have available a microwave to heat my mask. So I made the order.
I’m in my 3rd week of daily use, twice a day and it’s been amazing. I don’t have to use eye drops, just barely once a day comparing multiple times a day. My redness is calm too. So I’m glad I decide to buy

Excellent products for dry irritated eyes! I have tried so many sprays and products before this to relieve dryness and irritation especially after having eye laser surgery and peepclub actually works! It’s brilliant

Well, I am using almost all of the products, I have to say the refreshing eye spray is my favorite. I wear contacts all day and my eyes are so dry. I’m 76 years old and I have finally found a solution to help me get through the day and wear my contacts all day.

I can see the results from the heated wand instantly. I am so happy I decided to purchase! The only downside is the products are a bit expensive and are out of my budget.

The company is extremely responsive and committed to customer satisfaction. A++ there! I find the wand very soothing and looks forward to using it every night. I have both eye sprays and they both work well to quickly relieve the mid-day eye burn. I don’t prefer the lid stick, I found it tacky and irritating, but they refunded me right away.
I’m excited to see how everything continues working for my MGD!

Only suggestions would be 1) to include the vibrating option on the three LED lights and 2) to offer another lid wipe without coconut oil - it works extremely well to keep the wand gliding, but it irritates my eyes (I think I just have a coconut oil allergy).

I would like to be able to update this later… so far I really like the products. When my package arrived, my instant relief ice spray didn’t work and I contacted the company and they sent me a new one very quickly. So I was thrilled with the customer service! I’m hoping to get results using the products daily

The heated wand is so comforting on my eyes. My eyes literally water all day, every day-so it’s nice to just sit back and glide the wand all over my eyelids and underneath as well.

Simple care routine at bedtime

I’m loving the eye wand that makes my eyes feel relaxed and less tense at the end of the day!

I suffer from mild dry eye which in turn made my sclera very red after hours of contacts, but the redness has seemed to minimize after consistent use of the wand daily.

I would recommend this company’s products for those who suffer from dry eye and want to find a more holistic way of improving their eye health

I like the smell and feel of the wipes. They are very nice. I haven't figured out all of the items and how to best use them. I'm not sure I'm using the wand correctly. My watery eye is much better, but there are still times when I have issues. I'll keep working with it.

It has been helpful for my dry eyes. It feels so good at the end of the night. I look forward to it

I reached out several times with questions before making a purchase and their Customer Service was great. Quick response and very helpful. Once I ordered, my wand accessories came quickly, also, I've been using my wand for two weeks and my eyes are beginning to feel better. I actually feel moisture drain from my eyes. I’m assuming it’s from tge clogged oil glands. I’m noticing much less tearing. It appeared that I was crying all the time. I’m starting to use less of my Systane drops, also. Can’t wait to see final results.

First, there was a delay in getting the products due to a backorder so I had to wait a bit -- in fact I had to reach out to the company to inquire what was the delay and they apologized they did not tell me about the delay sooner. Regarding the products I'm enjoying the eye balm as it is very moisturizing, but have only used it about a week so look forward to having more input as time goes on. I have not used the wand very much yet but will be doing so shortly.
