I strongly recommend staying away from this bicycle store.

I placed an order for a bicycle that was clearly listed as in stock on their website. After waiting over a week without any updates, I had to contact them myself just to find out what was happening. Only then did they tell me that the bike was actually out of stock.

Now it’s been almost three weeks, and despite requesting a refund several times, they keep refusing to process it. Instead, they keep trying to convince me to accept cheaper bikes than the one I originally paid for, which is completely unacceptable.

This has been a very frustrating experience. Poor communication, misleading stock information, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

It seems to be a known issue with this company, many reviews state the same thing. I bought from Pogocycles because i was assured the bike was in stock, I have emails from support saying it was in stock and the order is being processed, (even after placing the order and paying for the bike) After many email and pushing for delivery date the manager emailed me to say in fact the bike is not in stock and the order was backed off to the manufacturer and they were awaiting del details.
Eventually the bike did arrive but was damaged and needed replacement parts. Again the parts have to come from China, I dont see what this company adds in terms of value, I strongly suggest buying your ebike from a shop or manufacturer directly.

I bought my Keteles bike from this store last year, and after riding it for over a year, I can say I’m still very happy with it.
The bike has been reliable, comfortable, and fun to ride. I’ve had no major issues, and it still works great.
The customer service is one of the main reasons I’m leaving this review. Whenever I had a question, the seller replied quickly and was always helpful. They stayed in touch and made sure I got the support I needed, even after I received the bike.

Overall, it has been a great experience. I would definitely buy from this seller again and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality e-bike.

Disgusting service. Booked last Engwe LE20 in stock. 5 days of waiting - no information about my order. Had to contact them myself, just to be told that they don't have them in stock and offered me other, completely different variants. I told them I'm not interested and requested a refund, now they are just ignoring me, and my money stuck in the middle if nowhere. I request an immediate refund!

Delivery came earlier than expected. Very good service.
Bicycle was easy to assemble.

Delivery took a month from date of order, with an awful lot of following up. The website indicated the bike was in stock on the date of order but then i was told the supplier did not have the bike. No consistency in speaking with staff. The wrong colour bike was delivered and the the battery delivered did not match the colour of the bike.

Update
Order was placed on the 28th May. Label created with fedex on the 22nd June and fedex received the item on the 23rd June to ship. The order was never changed , the stock was queried when I was told the bike I ordered wasn’t in stock despite the website indicating it was in stock at time of order and at time of query.

I made contact re the battery and provided images as requested and received no response.

I was assured multiple times via email that a green bike would ship and was more than disappointed to find a white bike upon delivery and even worse a green battery.

Update 20/07/2026 - almost 2 months after order and still no resolution. I have now been asked to return the battery and they will then provide me with the matching colour battery which then leaves me with a bike that will not be operational.

I have been most frustrated for almost 2 months and still no resolution to issues.

This is not Irish company as they claim everywhere they are 100% Irish. They are located in Dubai and offer online only bikes and scooters with dropshipping so the stock is not available in fact

I had a really positive experience with this company. They resolved my issue without any hesitation. The customer service is 5 star. I would highly recommend
