They took my money - didn't ship - refuse to accept phone calls, and do not respond to their web portal. I bought 30% vinegar over two weeks ago. It was supposed to ship right away. They charged my card right away. They never shipped. Their refuse to speak about existing orders by phone. They direct you to their email and web portal - and then don't respond.
Ordered a 5070ti through Powerlab, as I found it to be cheaper than in my country at the time (at least the specific model that I wanted).
I found PowerLab through GPUtracker, so I decided to give it a go, and all I can say is that everything went well and the GPU works as expected.
Overall, good service from the store. They also answered some questions I had, so bonus points for that :)
