I'm trying to use the warranty since 7 month
I asked for a refund in october 2025 for a motherboard showing 127oC permanently. I've sent my refund demand before the end of the 2 year warranty and Infomax took 3 month to accept to take a look at it. Now they are saying the motherboard as been damaged when I took it off the PC case and the warranty date is exceed what is legaly false. They won't show me any picture of the damage and don't have any details on it.
They are basicaly refusing the warranty. If you are planning to buy from them, juste go buy to an other shop that would actually apply the warranty properly.
