If I can I will give this company -100!!! This company and product is the worst I have never see. Installed a heating system to replaced our old oil system, the system after installed one year never work well. The machine stop working during last Christmas and the dealer cannot find the reason and have to wait for SE to come and the appointment is almost 2 months. We end up got a faster appointment still only in Jan. They found a spare part is broken and need to be replace. A machine used less than 1 year is already start breaking down????? The first year did't even work well with a lot of visit from the dealer technician. I waited for another month now (end of Feb 2026)finally is the appointment for replacing the broken spare part, I am sitting here 8.07am for them to come at 8.00 am, only received a phone call that they cannot come, the spare part is not there yet. What the F#$%%??? What kind of shit service from this well known company??? Product is bad and service is the worst!!!! You only know your spare part is not there on the day of the appointment?? I wish to know if I can take them to court. DO NOT USE this company and their product!!!
