Disappointed!
We thought Buderus would be a quality and worth trusting brand. We purchased the Buderus Logamax plus GB062 24KD H V2 for our apartment. A year later and with a really light use, the circulator stopped working. Seems that the company doesn’t have another circulator to send us, as we are without heating and hot water since 27 of November 2025… the machine is of course guaranteed otherwise circulator costs 300€
I would definitely not recommend that brand.

UPDATE1: finally, I bought the circulator as I was almost for 2 months without heating and hot water.

UPDATE2: Buderus sends me notifications to prove I have a Buderus machine. I do have one unfortunately, number 8290-437-015169-7736901569. Ok?

unfortunately bought a house with a Buderus boiler and hot water tank last year.. I am sad to say that this is the worst heating system in the world in that time service technician was at my house four times. every time he replaced something, one issue is the language operating system is in German I speak English system does not have English. but why is it so complicated to program in the first place why not just have a thermostat in the house so any 4 year old could adjust the heat, why does it depend on outside temp to heat the house or not. boiler room temp also should not have any baring on the boiler. lol only house temp should determine if the boiler is heating the house or not.. with this system I am left powerless and depend on a technetium to adjust the heat in my house.. I the owner should have total control over the boiler with one thermostat and not the boiler have total control over me.. lol
the complicity of this thing is un necessary when only on thermostat on the wall could do the job.
