Great bike for a great price. Including checklist. Only point of improvement: the company delivering it was not communicating. I stayed home on the delivery date and then it arrived a day later.

Damaged bicycle,

Why would you knowingly ship a bike with damage and then include a checklist stating that everything is in perfect order?!

They deliberately don't mention it because they know you won't bother returning the bike—it's too much of a hassle and costs money, too.
It’s a shame for a company that is so passionate about cycling.
They did offer a voucher—a whopping 30 euros—to spend in their webshop.
And the bike’s price had dropped by 245 euros in the meantime.
I don't get how they can be a CHIP leading shop.

Ordered a bike from The Netherlands. Worked perfectly! Great experience.

Our order could not be delivered. However, payment had been made in advance. We did not want to place our new order until the payment had been refunded. This process was completed within a few days wo we placed a new order.

I'm very happy I decided to order my bike here. Got a really good deal on a Kalkhoff bike and the delivery was faster than I expected. Only small delivery complaint is: it was hard to track the delivery (to NL). It seemed like the bike had not really moved over the weekend, which makes sense. And all of a sudden it was out for delivery, without any notification or option of picking a date. Now I was working from home, so it worked out perfectly. Thanks for the awesome bike!

Correct information on the website (bought a new and an almost new used bicycle).
Fast delivery.

The initial bike setup was great, I didn't need to work a lot;) The only con is a package, it's too fragile. I had multiple holes in it (from transport) but luckily bike was not scratched or damaged (but it could). I was buying bikes from different shops and you have the worst packaging so please improve this :(

I am a happy driver of the kalkhof image 3 move blx ebike, which one performa very well. Its a great ebike, very reliable. I am using the ebike every day, 5 days in a week. In just 1,5 months I made about a thousand km’s. And still drives like a new one.
Statera BIKES is a great shop and delivered the bike in just a few days.
