Amazing Customer Service
I had an issue with delivery dates because I had ordered too late for my o/seas departure. Although my request to expedite delivery couldn’t be fulfilled, due to no fault of theirs, the Customer Service support was extraordinarily fantastic. The team were onto my request & kept me updated. They were very professional, caring & empathetic to my plight. Sometimes that’s all you need.

I made a mistake in ordering a gift for my sister. I realized this within seconds, and fired off a desperate email to ask for the recipient address to be altered. Within hours I’d received a kind response saying they’d look into it. Shortly after that the message came that the address had been successfully changed. Phew!
If the actual item - when it arrives - is anything like as good as were ‘Steven and Emilie’, I will be a very happy little camper indeed.
