I have a few Silk'n product-devices which I have purchased from other stores, and they were all very good. From the Black Friday Sale, I purchased directly from Silk'n 3 product-devices. One of the purchases I received in a box was already opened. The seal was in fact, dirty. The items was missing a part. I tried to reach them at their email address provided in their website, but got reply the email address I use is writing them is "blocked". I tried using another email address, again reply is "blocked". There's no way you cannot send them an email. I called the contact number they provided (which call rates applied) and told them about the problems. The lady who answered could not answer my questions, but instead I was told that she will relay my message to an agent and ask her to call me back, and that I just have to wait for the call. Until now, nobody called me from Silk'n.

I have 2 more other product-devices that I bought together with it which are for Christmas gifts and that will yet be opened later for sure, and I am afraid if there might be problems again. I started to believe now that products offered on Sale may not be genuinely new.

I really find this a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope they will still contact me before the return date expires.

Quick and efficient delivery, clear instruction for product. Started to us the device for few times and could see already improvement on skin next day, has an effect on acne (kind of release of stubborn redness).

We bought the Black SonicYou and from day one my teenagers claimed it. The design is cool, no ugly re-charger: looks beautiful with our black marmer bathroom table, makes relaxing soft noice, tinkles a bit and leaves teeth very smooth. At first I thought, will this clean enough because of the soft rotations, but it cleans super. We are fan. Plus super easy when you travel.

I have used the cartridge for my legs and half of my arms and it is no more working! I think I have not even used 500 pulses! Is it a scam or that cartridge was broken? Can I trust to buy another one?

It’s a must have in my routine from now on. It cleans the skin deeply, I see especially the difference with the pores on my nose. And gosh is my skin sooo smooth and soft. I absolutely recommend this product!
