Great Experience. But be aware of the duty tax that you have to pay.
Product & shipping time was good. I got caught off guard with the customs duty tax of $138 extra I had to pay. I could have purchased it Brand new in America for $925.00 with tax included from reputable gray market dealer but I chouse JapanNet instead for just a little more money. I cant blame you because if I would have read the fine print it said customer is responsible for duty tax. That took me well over $250 more them buying locally.

Erika Aoki was a huge help to me.
Erika Aoki was a huge help to me. On May 27, I purchased an Orient watch without registering an account. The confirmation was sent to an email address I rarely use. Czech Post required proof of purchase, but I didn't have the order details. I sent an email asking for assistance, and Erika Aoki managed to locate the order—which was no easy task. And thanks to the help of Erika Aoki, I can still enjoy my Orient watch.

Very good. Straight forward and to the point. Erika helped me and was in touch with me with updates of my order at different stages of the shipment since i was buying a watch and shipping it to HI. Order came very well packaged with bubble wrap and the watch came wrapped in plastic. Not a scratch on it. Watch works as advertised! Thanks again!
