They are so easy to work with. You receive notice immediately when your package arrives and once you request to ship, they are quick to consolidate and send your package. Communication is great, especially when your packaging is smaller than originally quoted to save money. Highly recommend ShipGerman for all of your shipping needs to the US from European countries!

Thank you very much! The customer service was excellent, and the shipment moved very quickly within Germany. Unfortunately, it was delayed after reaching the destination country and arrived later than expected.

Good communication. Always answered my questions quickly. Once my package arrived in my home country from Germany and changed carriers, it was difficult to know where the package was. I live on an island. The package stayed on the mainland for a while. It took a full month to be delivered to my house. I had expected it to be quicker. Not sure ShipGerman had any control over that though.

Product arrived earlier than expected, communication and instructions were clear, and fees were reasonable.

Did this as a test to see if I could actually successfully get German products that I can't order to the US directly... and sure enough, it came extremely fast, had no issues, and the process was quite smooth. If another drop happens in the future that I need a German address for, I'll definitely be using again!

The prices are reasonable,yes it it not cheap,but there are no hidden fees,and it is much cheaper than going to abroad and buy the goods there,in case of question they write you back quickly. I recommend them,and will use them in the future for sure. Their rapidness is a plus!

Bought a macbook on Mediamarkt, it arrived to ShipGerman's warehouse Monday at noon, it was registered on my account in less than an hour. I paid for the shipment and it was shipped that same day (Germany to DK). Today, Wednesday morning less than 48 hours later, I received it already.

1. The current flow to get an item shipped is this: 1) pick shipping method -> 2) Pay for shipping costs -> 3) VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY. This is insane, first they take your money and THEN they force you to use an external identity verification service.

2. The identity verification service they use is Veriff. Veriff had a data breach in December 2025, where personally identifiable information was stolen. Veriff's privacy policy also states that they use data for advertising purposes and "generally do not sell personal data".

3. You CANNOT change your shipping address once you have saved it. They force you to ship at least 1 item to that address before they allow you to edit it. Meaning - if you make a typo in your address, you are stuck with that typo. If your parcel gets returned back to them because of incorrect address - well, they will treat it like it was your fault.

In case they respond to this review - it'll just be generic excuses they mask as "justification" for their policies. I recommend everyone to seriously rethink using this service.
