The quality is poor
The quality is poor, especially relative to the price. It looks nice online, but it feels like cheap goods. I filed a complaint about this with my order (as there was a defect). Customer service was really nice, a solution found quickly and a replacement order delivered at no cost. However, the items in the replacement shipment are again not free of defects.

I suspect the order was wrong
I suspect the order was wrong. I assumed that I ordered a No smoking tray. But on receiving the order, I noticed it was not part of it. While I was sure I put it in the basket during the ordering. Other than that, I like the products very simple and aesthetically pleasing. The Ceramic Mug becomes hot with hot coffee in it. It's not a convenient coffee mug due to the heat.

Very strange company
Very strange company. We placed an order and the mugs arrived without any issues. They looked great and, as it turned out, were shipped from China.
We then placed a second order and were told that delivery was impossible because we live in a remote area—which is simply not true, as we live in the city.
After weeks of back-and-forth emails, none of my questions or concerns have been addressed in any meaningful way. Every response seems to ignore the actual issues raised.
At this point, we can only hope that our refund will be processed.

100% not buy it great ads terrible product and customer service
Classic Istagram purchase super good ads bad product this is by no means cheap it’s an expensive product my total was 700usd so I assumed that I was actually getting premium quality and I can’t be more disappointed with what I got and what went missing let’s start with that I ordered a set of 4 glasses never arrived when they send me the proof of delivery was obviously the wrong address there was a big sign different from the actual address that was in the delivery I contacted the carrier nothing contacted the brand directly nothing and I’m paying 160 USD for a set of four glasses now let’s talk about the quality or if that word can be used because there is not quality here at all it’s hollow cheap and poorly constructed this is just a scam I saw the same items in a Chinese shop and bought it and it was basically the same but at 10% the price not returns are accepted if the box is open WTF don’t waist your simoleons on this guy this is straight garbage just go to Temu AliExpress or IKEA have sole similar items that’s what I did don’t be naive as I was it’s a long review because I’m really disappointed I was actually exited about getting my order delivered and got this fiasco and I actually want that people like this get the less business posible I hope this may have helped you

I wish I’d have read the reviews before hand but I was blended by their well marketing. It’s cheap stuff from china and not from Amsterdam. You’d find the same stuff in temu for more than 60% cheaper!
The items came in two packages with two different carriers like I got 1 cup delivered by DHL and the same other cup by DPD.
But I have to say at least the customer service is replying fast but the return process is awful and not customer friendly. When I asked how long it will take till I get my refund, they just ignored that question. Wasted 200€ for cheap temu stuff.
If I get my money back within 14 days, I will change this review to 3 stars because then at least the customer service is doing its job.
I also cancelled another preorder where I received a reply within minutes. I paid via PayPal, I will update when I got my money back for both orders.
