Nina.care is an absolutely amazing au pair agency! The whole platform is very professional, reliable, and user-friendly. Special thanks to Jazmin, who is an incredible agent. Thanks to her reactivity and support, my folder was validated in record time. I highly recommend Nina.care, and if you choose them, definitely ask for Jazmin!

I decided before summer I wanted to be an Au Pair in September and at the end of august I got a match. The app recommend you families every day and once i got the match, 2 of the workers, Jazmin and Laura contacted me to help me during all the process. Both of them were lovely to me and the host family, they were there anytime we needed and helped us if we got any issue or doubt.

My experience with this app has been wonderful; it is very easy to use, the profiles are very comprehensive on both sides, and I don't have to pay.
As for my agent, Jazmin, she has been very kind and attentive to me at all times, taking into account my filters and my situation regarding my private life.

I haven't had the chance to travel yet, but I will certainly take the opportunity as soon as I can.

Lyla was very attentive since the first call, she gave me all the information action I needed in a clear and kind manner.
The profiles she sent me were very targeted to what I’d said I needed and I immediately found the au pair I wanted.

Zero support for au pairs and the line up with the problematic host families just because they are the ones who pay. Aupair.com is a way better site to find your family.

Terrible agency. I was an au pair with them and almost stayed homeless. My "agent" Michelle, was useless af.

I canceled my service with NinaCare, and even though I got confirmation that my service was canceled, they still charged me full price for next month without me even being able to log in or use the application. I have reached out to them several times about getting a refund, and I'm getting no response whatsoever. Do not use this service!

Claiming to be the biggest most trustworthy au pair agency, actually they are not to be trusted and the fact they now only work with european au pairs is because their license got revoked due to multiple violations with dutch immigration just google: nina care ind

Very confused about the positive reviews, because I had a horrible experience with Nina.care as an au pair. In the beggining, they were actually very helpful, but then when I got to the Netherlands in September (they lost their license around this time) I basically had 0 contact/support from them. No check-ins, no trips or courses provided; I had no idea who my agent was in the end, because he/she changed multiple times. Got no response when I reached out considering my departure. I honestly felt like I had no agency whatsoever.

I would trust this company as an aupair and host. I had the best year Au-pairing in Amsterdam and now I am on a venture for finding a new family in Germany! They have been super supportive throughout!

What we liked about Ninacare is that we could book a call and get personal advice. The whole au pair programme was very new and honestly we didnt really dare to start. It was just a bit much in general. It keeps expectations clear and avoids misunderstandings to use them as a third party. Support from one of the two founders Lyla was always friendly and helpful.

I loved the process of finding an au pair at Nina. It feel more like a dating app than the painful experienceI was used to. I also had a weekend call with one of their agents ,she explained and listened which really helped me understand next steps.

NINA came out as both the most affordable and transparent option.Everything is clearly structured, from how to find your au pair, how to arrange the visa to contract and weekly planning. My German au pair settled in quickly and became part of the family.

The process felt excellent and well supported. Even when we had additional requests, Andrey was very responsive.
