Charged for fast service but didn’t delivery on time. No reply from email whatsoever. Very disappointed.

I have all the email evidence that you did not inform me about delay or public holiday or anything like that. Of coure I respect the holiday and the culture of all countries, only if you have informed me. Again I have all the email evidence; maybe your staff forgot to inform?

Why would I pay for 5 days fast service instead of 10 days regular service if this would happen? At least refund the difference?

NIF Portugal has helped us to register with the Portuguese Tax Authorities to obtain our NIF and open a bank account with Novo Banco - all remotely. The service has been slick and friendly - Audrey is super responsive to all our questions and very helpful with proactive information also. Definitely recommended!
