I would've given a -0 star if I could. They advertise an Adidas tracksuit online. I ordered it and received something someone made in their basement. I tried to send it back and get a refund but they forced me to keep the ugly sweatshirt and only refund me $19.50 when I paid $65 telling me they wouldn't make any money from my order if they gave me a full refund for the outfit. Be sure that you are willing to ware something you paid for but for something totally different. Im so pissed because im not going to wear this silly looking outfit. And they refuse to send me a return label so I can send this UGLY thing back to get a full refund. I will NEVER order anything else from them!!!!

The item they advertised is not what you receive. They advertised a beautiful wizard coat/robe and I got a printed version of it with poor quality and it is very thin.

Lower than one star. Be careful
I ordered one sole clothes, because they looked good in the app. I tried it at home and it didn’t fit. I contacted the support. I took long time that I asked my messages and they didn’t respond to all questions. I packed the package for the return, took a photo for the support ( like they told me) and I waited 6 MONTH UNTIL THEY SENT IT BACK FROM CHINA TO ME WiTHOUT ANY REASONS.
Now the app is down. So be careful with Newchic!!!
And don’t write that message under my comment that I should contact the support. I already did many times!

Order Cancellation Scam
This company scams users via an error message. After adding items to the order and going to pay, the site presents an error message: "The following field(s) is either invalid or missing: bill_city". There is no "bill_city" or billing address on the form, so there is no way to correct it. Once you call support they will ask you to try multiple times, you will fail each time and they will apologize and claim they will look into it. You will get multiple emails that your orders were cancelled due to payment error.
The scam is that each request actually succeeded and you will see multiple identical charges on your next billing statement. The company will pretend they have no knowledge of the NEWCHIC COMPANY LIIMITED charges on your bank statements and you will NEVER get a refund.
I filed a Cyber Crime report on this company with the Hong Kong Police and to this day have not seen any progress. Luckily I was only scammed out of about $200.

Don't waste your time or money.
I had the same experience as other reviewers here. I hope these guys get EXPOSED. They need to stop scamming people with really poor quality stuff. Ordered a hoodie. Terrible quality, not as described (100% itchy polyester instead of cotton/polyester blend advertised), way undersized, and dishonest seller won't honor their own return policy. Had to open a credit card dispute. Good luck.

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy
Can't say much about the quality of the clothes. I wasn’t happy with it, but it depends on what you're willing to accept. The real issue was when I requested to make a return.
Customer service made EVERY attempt to dodge responsibility for sticking to Newchic's own return policy. Even after I sent proof that the clothes' measurements were wrong, they tried to argue that my tape measure was uneven and not completely flat, probably without even reading that I said the clothes were too small. If I'd fixed those "errors," the measurements would be even more off.
Afterwards, customer service continued to drag out the process for a solid month from Apr 6 just to accept the return even though there was no requirement that needed to be met before it was supposed to be accepted. In the meantime, I was made a dozen different offers that were not part of the return policy, including $5 worth of store credit instead of a return on a $115 order and a partial refund on a single item.
And because every measurement was more than 2 cm off of what was advertised, Newchic was supposed to pay for shipping as well according to the return policy. After I got the refund for the clothes, Newchic has ignored all of my messages about the shipping refund for the past few weeks, despite answering all my emails within 24 hours up until then. I still have not heard anything in response.
Overall, mediocre product quality and absolutely terrible customer service. What's the point of having a return policy if the company will try to weasel out of every responsibility it claims? Very disappointed in the way I was treated
