I ordered a product and the wrong one came from that brand. Had difficulty with Notino as they said the manufacturer is entitled to change the products. I would not recommend using Notino.

Ordered very easily on site and received goods on time.

Delivered very quickly, within a week I think. Everything was packaged well, nothing got damaged. I have heard that notino can give you dupes sometimes but I am 99% sure that the product I received was the original.

Bought 2 bottles of perfume, and received them a week later, pretty quick considering these are based in Italy and I’m in Ireland, perfumes were fine, probably could have been packaged abit better as they are just placed in a box, no bubble wrap , but they were not damaged. Can’t complain.

I order 4bloom ritual box but I received 3box .Never again to order.

There was no protective lining in the package, my eyeshadow pallete broke and the black dust dirtied every single product. Not only have I received a ruined eyeshadow pallette but also dirty products which I had to clean by hand in order to be able to touch and use them without the black eyeshadow powder sticking to my hands and clothes. When I emailed notino with photos, they offered a 5€ voucher which is frankly insufficient given the price I paid for the my order, and I have no interest in using it after this negative experience.

I was sent the wrong product.i ordered toothbrushes and toothpaste for my autistic son on the recommendation of the dentist. The pack of toothbrushes arrived in girls colours pink purple etc not the green yellow he chose. When I informed notino of this I was told “toothbrushing is not gender specific and I could not have the yellow/green.’ My so of course refuses to use the brushes. I’m very disappointed with the response and feel it was replied to from a personal point if view. If it was for myself I don’t mind colour but it was important to my son.

They had the Jean Paul Gaultier that I was looking, and at the best price I could find.

They also sent out extra shampoo and deodorant as a gift.

Have to give these guys credit where it's due.

A great company.

I ordered perfume with a gift box for my dad's birthday. It was something like 80 euro.
Received the perfume in the gift box all seemed lovely. I gave my dad the gift, and he unwrapped it in front of me only to realise that the whole perfume box is wet.
Like stuff happens whatever, contacted customer service to of course get this problem sorted. Expect they don't reply quickly back, then they ask for more photos. Then they ask for more photos and want me to unwrap the perfume. I did all that, no reply. 3 days later I am trying to contact them again. Gets back to me to say I can have 35 euro voucher for their website... To me that not a resolution, I bought a gift, it's ruined. It cost me around 80 euro. And the resolution is 35 euro voucher for their website? How is that fair, sorry but thats just taking the piss.
