Customer Service and returns policy is hit and miss. I've had to deal wih returning an item on two occassions as it was faulty. It took a few attempts for a courier to collect the first time. This time I've been told collection was arranged 3 times but no contact by a courier was made to me to arrange a time slot so I still have my faulty product. The same fault happened after being fixed the first time. I seem to get an email from a different customer service name every email sent, I feel there is no consistency. Now I'm getting no contact via email as I've complained to them about how unacceptable this whole procedure is.
I will never buy from them again especially electrical goods.

Ordered my usual serum from Notino but a different product arrived. Got on them and they advised it was new branding by the Manufacturer.. I knew this was not the case as both products have been available for a long time. They are slightly different products with totally different packaging.I advised them this and they set up return and issue refund. However I have been wanting to reorder the correct product but am told they only have what they sent me out in stock and if I ordered the same item again I would get wrong item delivered.When I check their website it still allowing the incorrect item as available and no sign of the product they did send me availabile to buy.. I have pointed this out to them numerous times and have asked how will I know when my product is back in stock.. I also asked them to honor the price at which I originally ordered the product. Nobody is getting back to me dispute numerous reminders… so be careful ensure you get the right products delivered..

I've been waiting three months for a perfume I purchased. It's been nothing but complications, endless emails, customer service conversations, and phone calls. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Not even in my home country in South America have I experienced customer service this terrible.

I bought the Gucci Flora gorgeous jasmine a couple of weeks ago as I had previously smelled it in a chemist and loved the smell and I also loved how long it lasted on me, the perfume I have received from this website is clearly a fake as it doesn’t even last a few minutes on my clothes or skin, i definitely won’t be purchasing again.

I always see discounted products and free shipping over 85euro.

Seemingly no customer service unless you pay for it as an upgrade at time of purchase. My order was due last Friday and my delivery provider still hasn’t received it. Emailed Notion twice to no avail.

My product arrived quickly and it was a good price compared to some other sites.

I needed to place return for my order, i have been calling & emailing Notino.ie but no reply. Its frustrating. I m very disappointed.

I was hesitant after reading 1 or 2 negative reviews. But said I'll take a chance. Items well priced, easy to order and delivered with no issues at all. Would defo order again.
