The website is not great, we had a hard time downloading our documents and what we needed to provide was confusing. It cost us an extra appointment. If you have questions, email or call, they have very helpful customer service.

A very frustrating and unprofessional…
A very frustrating and unprofessional experience. The process took an excessively long time due to the agent's hesitation. She initially agreed to notarize the signature, then backed out, and finally agreed only after requesting an extra fee. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for the exact same transaction.
While I was very patient and cooperative when she needed multiple times to review the documents, she was pushy and impatient when asking me to verify signatures. Combined with several connection drops throughout the session, this turned into a bitter and unpleasant experience
