Ripped me off and committed fraud

Ripped me off and committed fraud. I signed up for Ontarionotary.ca. Once I heard from them, it was canadanotary.ca. My document required an oath before a commissioner or notary in person or video if they are in Ontario. The so-called notary wanted the money e-transfered to an ARCEE INC. I was asked for front and back of ID and a selfie. An oath never occurred but this person signed it anyway, leaving the check boxes for in person and video conference empty and the place for the date they signed it blank. There is no official seal on the document. The stamp claims they are “ Licensed Paralegal-LSO#P21100
Notary Public & Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario”. If that were the case, they should know what a 74.1A requires. It was urgent. I had to go elsewhere and pay someone else who did it right for less money. They ignored my request for a refund more than once, offering to do the video conferencing when I made clear I went elsewhere and their excuse is terms of service of no refund- even though they were at fault. It is about my brother’s estate. So, I’m grieving while trying to get things done from 3,000 mikes away and I am on social assistance disability. They know that and they still don’t care. My AI noticed the problem. Thank the gods for that. I want my money back and I want to see this person and this business shut down.

Complete frauds

Complete frauds. Their WhatsApp chatbot told me they could do same day remote notary services, led me on, demanded payment up front to get things rolling...and then didn't follow through. I escalated, called their urgent line, and they NEVER got back to me. It's been 18 days since they took my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Misleading service

I booked a call to commission a document live over video conference, and I joined the call promptly at the agreed time. There was no response for 15 minutes, after which an individual appears asking for my ID, which I provide. They then leave the call. I wait an additional 10 minutes with no response. I then receive a DocuSign email containing the signature of the commissioner, despite the fact that I had requested the signature be done live over video conferencing. The relevant fields and checkboxes were also not properly filled out. It appeared thoroughly unprofessional and rushed, and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Dishonest company run by 'New Canadians' who take your money and disappear. Despite multiple calls, e-mails and messages they simply don't respond. They should be charged with fraud and deported.

Extremely unprofessional. Took payment, then disappeared completely

I am writing this review after exhausting every reasonable attempt to contact this business.

I paid this company for a service and became a customer in good faith. After payment, communication slowly declined and then stopped entirely. As of today, it has been over two weeks with zero response, despite multiple follow-ups through different channels.

To be clear:
1. I have emailed repeatedly with no replies
2. Messages sent over several days were ignored
3. Emails that previously worked are now bouncing back
4. There has been no update, no explanation, and no delivery of the work paid for

At no point was I informed of delays, issues, or next steps. If something went wrong, basic professionalism would require at least a response. Silence after taking payment is unacceptable.

What makes this worse is that I clearly identified myself as a paying customer and asked politely for updates multiple times. Instead of resolving the issue, the company chose to ignore me entirely.

I am leaving this review to warn others: do not rely on this business if you expect communication, accountability, or follow-through. Even if their service looks legitimate at first, the complete lack of response after payment is a serious red flag.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution or choose a provider that values transparency and customer communication.

If the business decides to finally respond and resolve this properly, I am open to updating this review. Until then, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I needed a last minute notarization of two pages.
Searching on the internet I found a few places in my area.
By far the easiest, best priced, and willing to assist was Daniol at the 4711 Yonge Street location in North York, On.
Without any hesitation I would return if I required his services.

Wholly unprofessional

World not respond to questions, did not facilitate actual viewing of me signing legal document, misspelled words, and gave me conflicting price quotes. The only thing this company did was authenticate my driver’s license via a third party. No video conference was facilitated. This was positively the most careless approach I’ve ever encountered when it comes to a notary acting as an impartial and authorized witness in the execution of a legal document. As I understand, this is an integral function of a notary.

Virtual Notarization

Used virtual notarization service this week -- from overseas -- service was professional and expedient. Identity was verified and passport was notarized digitally -- took only a couple of days -- THANKS for the great service.

Great price for virtual witness and notarization

They were a little slow to respond. And with few business details on their website I was a little skeptical the service was legitimate. But in the end I was able to get a virtual witnessing and notarization of a document as required at a good price. Thank you!
P.S. They are associated with klawfirm
