I was sent a silver Christmas tree and I had ordered a gold Christmas tree. Picture clearly shows a gold tree.

We love electric miniatures and Mr. Christmas has some of the best and most fun.

Santa in his truck is so well made and even cuter than in the ad. The music and motion add a plus to this cheerful decoration. It arrived promptly.

I ordered the largest tree offered with the old fashion bulbs but what I received were two night light Christmas trees. Big disappointment!

It came fast and it's in beautiful shape and I love it. It's just like what my grandmother had when I was growing up. Beautiful.

I had been trying to get a certain carousel for my child. She loves carousels and this was the nicest one I could find. It was sold out. I signed up for text and email notifications for the carousel. It came back in stock twice. I checked out and purchased carousel within 3 minutes of the first text. Several days later, order cancelled. Signed up for notifications again. It came back in stock a second time. I checked out and had confirmation email within one minute of receiving text. Order cancelled again several days later. Emailed support and there was nothing they could do for me. Disappointing experience.

SO VERY HAPPY WITH THIS TREE!! I’m keeping it up all year and changing colors to fit ea month!!

Your customer service is atrocious..tell them to stop lieing to customers..

None of my squishy ornaments work. I’m trying to find out how to return them. Very disappointed. Mr. Christmas usually hits it out of the park.

I got an all white thinking it was going to be white lights I got it it has ugly yellow lights on an all white carousel it’s hideous but if I send it back it was like over 100$ in shipping .. sooooo disappointed this was very expensive

I love how these trees look. Unfortunately, the second time I went to replace the batteries, the little latch on the plastic door broke off, and now my batteries will not stay in. I have had my tree for less than a month, and when I reached out to customer service, they said they could not offer me a refund or replacement. I had planned on buying more trees from them, but now I will take my money elsewhere.

Always order several products from this company. They have any products and they well-made and they can become heirlooms with the proper care.

They are Excellent pieces for the holiday and always add to the holiday festivities
