Xiaomi 17 ultra worst phone ever
Xiaomi 17 ultra worst phone ever. Dont use money on it. Their camera cant use any external audio source, therefore the sound is so bad that you cant use the video for anything. Their firmware update is bad on the camera side. Buy an Samsung instead.
Used to love Redmi for 10 years, but never again. Horrible bloatware.
I have been a loyal Redmi user for the past about 10 years. My previous Redmi Note 10 was beautifully designed and perfectly functional. Naturally, I upgraded to the new Redmi Note 14. Sadly, it has been an absolute nightmare. The back camera design is incredibly ugly, but worse than that is the software. The system now secretly and forcefully downloads apps in the background without my consent. I woke up to find Temu, Facebook, and random games automatically installed on my brand new phone. Forcing junk apps and spyware onto loyal customers is disgusting and unacceptable. The user experience is ruined. I am officially done with Xiaomi. I will never buy a Redmi phone again. Avoid at all costs.
Support is a joke.
Love Xiaomi phones have them from before that ware selling in Ireland. But the customer service is 0... This phone has stopped allowing stared/family getting true to me even when do not disturb is turned on. ( It's supposed too ) Since an system update a few months ago . On at least 6 different times I've contacted Xiaomi support by email. And always get the wrong solution because they miss read my email. So they copy and paste what to do.. to set star numbers . which isn't relevant. Then I correct them a Day later you get a second email basically telling you that yes they will ring during DND mode. I tell them it's not working that's why I contacted you if you read the first email. I know how to set them I'm using your phones for 10 years. You then have to wait till the next day for a reply. And you guess it what you got in the first email a copy and paste of how to try and fix it. I then send email back and say I have done all of this I have explained this to you I've explained this in several emails over the last few months can you pass it on to somebody in management please.. then the next day you get an email to say thank you I've passed on your comment and then you get a survey request to see how good they've done .. what a pity a great phone but not worth the hassle now ..
I am highly irritated with xiaomi's…
I am highly irritated with xiaomi's stubborness and intrusivness. You cannot personalise it - you cannot unmatch bluetooth from quick sharing and you cannot disable google wallet once it decided to turn on by itself. I find it as intrusive, rude and breach of privacy. If that policy continues Xiaomi as a brand should be forced to permanent retirement meaning to be forbidden from existing
Flashy advertisements low quality
I had their phone and its just 4 year old it died while it was in my pocket and last time i use it was working fine but then it never turned on again i get it checked to the expert and they said its motherboard is not working. I also had their earbuds and less then a year they are dead one died after 6 months without any cause and 2nd one is running for 2-3 minutes on full charge.
Bought it from their official store. I had one before from realme and I lost them they worked well for 3 years and was cheap from them. Also had an 5 year old infinix phone its working fine till now.
Here is a bad review for a Redmi phone…
This phone is a classic case of "you get what you pay for," and honestly, I still feel overcharged.
The UI is unbearable.
Build quality is questionable. After three months, the back panel creaks when I squeeze it, and the charging port has become loose. I've also noticed significant lag when switching between basic apps (Chrome and WhatsApp), which is unacceptable for a "new" device.
Bottom line: Save your money. The constant ad bombardment and subpar performance make this feel more like a downgrade than an upgrade. Never again.
Yesterday my phone lost all memories and I type my password several times but not unlock. Later I switched off and on the phone my all data is lost. Such a bull shit people made this phone, Redmi makera learn from Samsung employees Bathroom that is the qualification for your Redmi
This is not a phone
This is not a phone, not a play device neither for those who are interested, it is only an advertising device.
Whatever app you open, you spend more time in watching and trying to avoid advertisements. 80% of the apps are unusable because infected by advertising, third party apps are ok. Even file management app is infected. One pairs less in the purchase but pays ten times more through lost advertisement time. Don't buy!
HyperOS update broke mobile data on Redmi Note 15 Pro+ & unusable settings app
Recent update on my Redmi Note 15 Pro+ to HyperOS (3.0.1), completely broke my mobile data connection. While Wi-Fi works, cellular data fails entirely.
To make matters worse, attempting to access Settings > SIM cards > APN causes the UI to crash/flicker and jump back continuously. Standard system functions like downloading the latest OS package from "About Phone" or launching settings activities are unresponsive or crash.
The SIM card works perfectly in other non-Xiaomi devices, confirming this is strictly a corrupted OS update issue from Xiaomi. On top of this, trying to navigate system recovery or Mi Account recovery is unnecessarily painful and convoluted.
Selling phones with buggy updates that break basic connectivity—and offering no simple in-system recovery mechanism—is unacceptable for a flagship-tier device. Would not recommend until Xiaomi fixes their software stability.
I ordered an e scooter for my son
I ordered an e scooter for my son, I was worried after seeing some of the reviews but there was no need too. From start to finish the the experience was 5 star. Highly recommended
Just got my Xiaomi electric scooter 6…
Just got my Xiaomi electric scooter 6 max and it only does 15km/h on mode D oh my god where do I even get on it? At least 20 and S at 25km/h and on the Xiaomi Home app they have removed cruise control update the software again and add 20km/h on mode D and take back Cruise Control idiots and extend the range from 45km range too 70 on 25km/h such a nice new powerful scooter should have the most pathetic features If i had known about this before I would never buy it!!!!👎👎👎
Worst service
Worst service, worst led tv, worst company
My tv is in warranty but company does not repair my tv
Just don’t bother
Just don’t bother! Everything about this company is awful. I bought a band 9 active that just wouldn’t pair with the app. I eventually found an online chat function that drove me to despair! Finally I asked for them to arrange a return as it was impossible to do this online as the return button took you somewhere completely irrelevant. I then got the most ridiculous email. When I have calmed down and regained my strength I’ll tackle that. Please learn from my experience and just don’t bother.
SCAMMERS!!
SCAMMERS!!! They just keep wasting your time without actually providing help. More than two months have passed since I got scammed by them. I paid for an order that I never received. All they do is create an illusion of help and care for their customers. I already provided all the possible data, but I still didn't get my money back. Why? Because they are fooling people. If you are planning to buy something here, think twice!

Cosmetic damage on Xiaomi 5 pro scooter and difficult to contact customer service
I ordered a Xiaomi 5 pro scooter directly from Xiaomi UK store on Monday 13th July, and it arrived Wednesday 19th of July.
When I opened it, the escooter was full of cosmetic damage, from one deep scratch to the frame of the scooter alongside other scratches where the label that has the scooter's information on the frame, to marks on the handle, to green/grey paint marks on the stem of the scooter.
I really believe that I was sent a used unit instead of brand new one, or that they have really horrible quality control. This is my first time buying a Xiaomi product having previously being interested in buying one of their phones. This is worst first impression I had with a company.
I emailed their support, having to google their actual email (I found it through their official twitter/X profile because why would you list it on your website like every other company on earth and make your customer's life easier!) as the form that they have on their website when you click "email support" wouldn't let me submit the form and it is really horrible. For example, when you have the chose the product you are referencing you have to go through over at a hundred different products to find your specific one, and when you type in the name of your product the search feature doesn't work. I had to refresh the form several times before giving up in frustration as I had to scroll through the all the products that Xiaomi made to find my one, and googling their email address.
It is almost like they make it as difficult as possible to contact them so you just give up!!
Xiaomi if you are reading this, this is my Order ID #5260714264260306
I will update this review if I have any response from them.
Do not buy one of their phones
Do not buy one of their phones. I have a Redmi Note 14 and every time I switch it off or download a system update it goes into an endless boot loop. I have just downloaded their latest update and an hour later it is still rebooting. I refuse to use the “Wipe Data” option as the last time that I did this, despite doing a backup, it lost a significant amount of my stuff. My advice, for what it’s worth, pay twice the price and get a phone that works. Xiaomi are not interested in fixing my problem as I bought the phone off the internet. As for their MI Assistant software, that’s worse. Download instructions in Chinese and can’t download to my Windows 11 PC. Absolutely beyond rubbish
What a surprise
What a surprise! I got a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G on Christmas in 2022, and it's almost as fast as brand new. Sometimes even better than Samsung. It's cheap with high performance and durability. The only problem is it is sometimes ghost touching (clicking on its own). Xiaomi is one of the best Android companies ever!
How Xiaomi Treats 8-Year Loyal Customers: Broken Recovery, Zero Human Help, and Total Disrespect.
My old Mi 10T Pro broke down after 5 years of use due to a burned-out CPU. I went out and bought a Xiaomi 15T Pro. However, their customer support completely refused to restore access to my account along with my history, and simply told me to create a new one. I provided them with everything: photos of the device, the IMEI, and even my account login and password. The only issue was that I no longer had access to my old email address—which, by the way, I had updated a long time ago, but they completely ignored that and kept sending confirmation links to the deleted email.
I even reached out to them directly on Facebook, laid out all the facts and data, but they just ghosted me and ignored it completely.
It is an absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers. I paid good money for their product, yet I was expected to run after them and beg for a basic service like account recovery. I ended up selling the 15T Pro and bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max instead. I will never buy anything from Xiaomi ever again after experiencing such vile treatment of consumers
I bought the redmi buds 6 play model…
I bought the redmi buds 6 play model about four months ago, and honestly it's the worst device I've ever spent my money on. Even when it manages to connect to my phone via Bluetooth, it sometimes won't turn on unless I plug it into the charger, even if the battery is at 100%. Other times, it won't work at all, so I'm forced to unpair it. After that, the device doesn't even appear on my phone anymore. I also downloaded the brand's official app, but it didn't help at all. I completely wasted my money on this device.
