Ordered a new corsair 100k air keyboard. it arrived after 4 days including weekend.
Keyboard is more then amazing!! The only thing is the price, I wish I had checked in Amazon, it's 40 euros less.

I had a failed SSD. Megekko replaced it as it was under warranty, and the procedure was fast and impeccable.
I especially appreciated the fast and personal communication: correction of a fault in my address was instanteneous.

I got sent 16gb of ram instead of 64gb

I have had nothing but a pleasent experience with them. I have ordered many components (for PC builds) on several occasions from them. I have always recieved my packages on time, and I have even been lucky enough to recieve a tower within 24 hours of ordering. I enjoy shopping on their site.

Bought a gaming chair and cannot return it as they say it was damaged but they mentione only where the srewes were that the paint was gone as they say that i used too much force so how was i suppost to assemble it without screwing tight?

I ordered a tablet cover from this website. When I received an e-mail of it being dropped of at my appointed shipping address, and went to retrieve my parcel, it turned out they did not have my package.

I contacted Megekko back and forth with very lovely and patient customer service workers, who aided me providing tips on what I can do in this situation.

Sadly, I never did find the case. So they offered to send me a replacement, free of charge, even to a different address of my choosing. Turns out the issue laid with me - I clicked on 'Bezorgen op alternatief adres' instead of the 'Afhalen op PostNL afhaalpunt' option. A grave mistake on my behalf.

Nevertheless, they were angels from start to finish. I ended up getting a super high quality case extremely quickly with their minute to minute availability to help my case.

You can be guaranteed you'll get good quality products if you order at Megekko. I'll definitely come back here whenever I need something else! This time, taking better care during my order..

I've bought a motherboard from Megekko.
When I set everything up, my PC didn't turn on.
It turned up that CPU socket was damaged.
I'm still not sure whose falut it was, but I sent it back and Megekko repaired it for free.
After that, everything works as a charm.
