Usually the best prices in the market. Communication also very good. Delivery time is average, while sometimes there's no availability on some products which is also common issue. Unfortunatelly many times there are products that aren't fitting in the specified car.

Overall a score of 7 out of 10
They did not deliver the correct part but return & refunding were handled correctly.
So not fully satisfying since an obvious wrong part was delivered. But the process of returning & getting a refund worked as agreed.

Price, delivery, product quality
Price, delivery, and the product itself were all good and arrived smoothly. The only issue was that the website recommended a product based on my VIN number, but it did not actually fit my car. As a result, I had to return it. Apart from that, the overall experience was positive.

Price was really good compared to any other offers on the market. They are shipping their orders from Berlin, so take into account delivery times.

Shipping with DHL is horrible, after more than 10 days still not arrived. So prepare for long delivery times!

Selling used/ broken items no aftersale service.
Bought a lot of parts from many wel known sellers from many years.
I switched to Motointegrator, due of prices ( just a little bit lower).
4 years ago.
Had bad experiences: they shipped old stock, broken and used products.
After return, they accused me for this.
No money refund after claim.
No reply at emailing.
So switched back again to Autodoc, this seller is more honest and doing good business.
Good aftersale service and selling new stock items.
Now after many years I tried Motintegrator again, made orders again.
Gues what; last order they sent me broken items.
Same action again, no reply, no refund after return.
So looking for better quaility and service stay away from this Seller.
Update.
I have sent emails again, still no reply. I accept my lost ( money), hard lesson learned.
