I am so impressed with the customer service at LumiMeds! First, I should mention I received my order within 48 hours of being approved. When I opened my package, one of the vials was cracked. I sent a message through the portal and Arnold responded within minutes. Within just a few hours, I had a tracking number for a replacement. Arnold sent a message and assured me they would make it right. I’m so happy with my experience!
