I had a very unpleasant experience via whatsapp, very unprofessional and rude

I told him I wanted to think about the offer and he kept insisting I should take their services in that moment:

It felt like a scam

I would not recommend Legalitas. Despite being a large organisation, the service feels impersonal, with many lawyers working on an ad hoc basis rather than offering consistent support.

The home insurance policy they sell is also unclear, especially regarding hidden defects. When you try to make a claim, you end up in a grey area—neither on the defence side nor clearly covered on the claim side. Even though exclusions aren’t explicitly stated, the coverage is not well defined, leaving you unprotected when you need help.

Overall, the combination of impersonal service and vague policy wording makes Legalitas a service I cannot recommend.

Sandra helped me a lot when I had to review Arras conteact for purchasing a flat. Really appreciated the support. It goes beyond my expectations.

The lawyer who spoke to me on the phone seemed bothered and even said that she didn’t know the answer to a simple question that I expected a lawyer to know, when I asked about any service to send a certified email that would provide proof it was sent and read.

Overall, I am disappointed, and it was obvious that the lawyer had no interest whatsoever in helping and acted as if assisting me was a bother.

I wanted to subscribe to your service and hoped this call would be a good trial, and it was. I will not subscribe to your service; it is clear that the lawyers handling cases do not care in the slightest.

50 euros wasted. Why should I spend another 500 euros a year?

The rest of the staff, during the scheduling and organization of the appointment, were very kind and helpful, completely the opposite of the lawyer’s attitude.

La abogada que habló conmigo por teléfono parecía estar molesta e incluso llegó a decir que no lo sabía ante una pregunta sencilla que yo esperaba que un abogado conociera, cuando pregunté por algún servicio para enviar un correo electrónico certificado que dejara constancia de que fue enviado y leído.

En general, estoy decepcionado y era evidente que la abogada no tenía ni el más mínimo interés en ayudar y actuaba como si le molestara atenderme.

Quería suscribirme a su servicio y esperaba que esta llamada fuera una buena prueba, y lo fue. No me suscribiré a su servicio; es evidente que los abogados que gestionan los casos no se preocupan en lo más mínimo.

El resto del personal, durante la gestión y organización de la cita, fue muy amable y servicial, completamente lo contrario a la actitud de la abogada.

My experience with Legalitas has been an absolute disaster, and dealing with Seguros Benjumea only made everything worse. In my personal opinion, both companies created one of the most frustrating, unhelpful, and disappointing situations I have ever encountered.

Despite providing clear, detailed, and extensive evidence, Legalitas still refused to take on my case. What shocked me even more is that Seguros Benjumea made the decision not to cover anything — and Legalitas reinforced that decision, instead of defending my rights or challenging it in any meaningful way.
The message was basically: “You get nothing.”

Instead of standing up for my interests, Legalitas seemed to simply echo Seguros Benjumea’s stance, leaving me completely unprotected. Their involvement felt like zero effort, their communication poor, and their willingness to help non-existent.

As for Seguros Benjumea, my experience was equally negative. A company that should provide security and peace of mind instead delivered confusion, excuses, and absolutely no real support.

Based on my experience, relying on Legalitas or Seguros Benjumea was a complete waste of time, trust, and money. I would strongly advise others to stay far away from both companies if they expect real protection or professional assistance.

Stay away, they are anti English speaking people.
Their customer service is problematic and treat you bad.
They're not transparent and hiding things, avoiding your questions.
Incompetent.
They have worse customer service.
Save your nerves and time and money!

You’re toying with my time. Phone calls that lead nowhere where you say I’ll talk with a lawyer and then you hang up before anyone gets the phone after I waited for whoever knows how long to get to someone… EVEN WHEN YOU CALLED ME. What’s going on? Awful service, really. Even with your app and new WhatsApp phone number, all you do is open void claims that in the end only harm my patience with you. Wanna trust them? Well don’t, because you’ll only waste your time with such a useless service.

Legalitas finally got replaced!
You cant work with lawyers that says different things on different days, and then go back on what they said. They make grand promises and then they hide when they cant fulfil them, very unprofessional people! They don't seem to have an understanding about the law as they need to check things and cant give you a straight answer. They say that they can handle international companies and cant even speak English. The promise they will call you but if you miss it (as it rings 2-3 times) they close the case. The most backwards lawyers I ever worked with. I would recommend to stay away from these people and NEVER hire them unless you want to feel cheated. They don't seem to understand that many of the international companies have networking events where we talk and share our experience with Legilitas and other companies.

Legalitas are disorganized and unprofessional. They can't work with international companies as they can't speak English. Most of the people working there have a bad attitude against you when you can't understand everything they say in the phone calls. They refuse to send anything in written form, so no emails or anything, only phone calls, big red flag! They have said numerous times that someone who speaks English will call back and explain, but they never do. You can not follow up on cases at all so any follow up on any issue has to be requested in a new case, so you get new other people that are not informed about the case at all so you have to explain everything over from the beginning every time. Lawyers are giving different answer about the same case when you talk to them, so there is no trust in what they say. They call but if you miss it or they disconnect the call you get a message to call back but you only get the number to the customer support, never the name or number for the person that called you. In more than half the cases, when I answer the call it disconnects as soon as I have introduced myself. They also don't care if you have chosen that you would like to be called a certain time of the day. I would never recommend this company as they are disorganized and because of the lack of trust.

Bad information. Telephonically they say you may cancel within the first month, but then they give you contract for 1 year!
When you phone them, they say you can only cancel after 6 months, which is another lie.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL before signing up with Legalitas

You have ti write the issue youre having and one of their lawyers eventually gives you a time for call. They sound like they are doing you a favor EVERYTIME. its cheap service and trust me, the work they do represent it.

Worst professional services company i have EVER dealt with. Their servicio laboral could not be more pathetic. They were late, they made errors, they do not hold themselves accountable for these errors. Their customer service is even worse than the service they can't deliver. If i was drowning and the nearest life raft was Legalitas, I would NOT get in it.

The reason why it's cheap is that it's a bad service. You book a call and no one shows up, when they do, the lawyer seems to be in a rush not really listening to you. Super difficult to unsubscribe. I hope you can reply to this with a straightforward way to unsubscribe.

Phone call was cut didn't get a return call. The problem is now taken care of. Question why do they call it trust pilot? Maybe I have no trust. Just asking. Thank you for getting back to me after I wrote this.
