The best customer care and service I've had in a long time. Made a mistake with my order they edited it and fixed my mistake instead of charging for a 2nd delivery. Speaking of delivery it's rapid as you can expect 2 days maximum wait countrywide. Also an item I got came with a broken case. It was down to a design fault with the product but none the less they were more than happy to send a new one. Considering the box was only damaged not the item they offered another option of keeping the item and get a % refund and a discount code. Above and beyond to help make the customer happy. May i also add alot of the items on offer are cheaper than most other places.I can't recommend Landers highly enough. Quality proud Irish company. God Speed!

Emma and the team were beyond helpful when I ordered the wrong size boots and was headed away on a camping trip a mere couple days later. Emma ensured the bigger size got to me via registered post. The best customer service possible. My boots and I had a wonderful time up in Mayo on my holiers. Thank you again Emma and all at Landers

Great company, got some hiking boots, havnt used them yet but out of the box the look great quality and they arrived very quick, competitive prices with the other companies. They even wrote a note to thank me for the purchase which I thought was fantastic that any other company wouldn’t do. I recommend.

I was looking for a hard-to-get fishing rod, it was available almost nowhere, and if it was in stock anywhere the price was high.
I found the rod through Google on Landers.ie website, but I have never heard of them so I was sceptical, especially that they didn't exist on Trustpilot. I googled their address, reviews, physical store on the street map and they seemed to actually exist. The price was also the best I've seen so far.
Even though it all looked too good to be true, they seemed legit, so I decided to give it shot. It says on their website that the orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day. Mine wasn't, so I got anxious and decided to ring them, assuming nobody would answer the call, and that my money's gone. To my surprise a nice lady answered the call and reassured me that my order is on the way.
I got it the following day 8:30am, so barely 48h from the purchase. The rod was exactly the one I purchased (there are a few very similar models, easy to mix up, so also I had huge doubts in them dispatching the right product, but they nailed it!). The rod was wrapped very securely as well.
Can't find the words to praise them, especially that it is a store I have never heard about.
Such a nice surprise!
