Mirador was timely and responsive with our issue that the LED lights on our pergola were not functioning. Our landscape contractor tried everything as far as troubleshooting and the next step is for Mirador to send a new set of LED lights ASAP.

We had a little difficulty ordering but found the customer service was very polite and helpful. Our delivery was as promised and the two delivery guys were very polite knowledgeable.

Love the product nice different type plug ins. However, it would be nice to have an option for different cord lengths, thankfully, my husband is handy so he can adjust for this. It's mounted but haven't actually used it yet but I know we will enjoy it.

High Quality in an Extra Large size
After searching for an extra large outdoor cushion container for over a year, not only did we find the size, but the quality of construction met our expectations. Prior to making the purchase I was able to talk with your customer service team about the product size and they were very helpful. We received the box sooner that promised. It came extremely well packed with not issues. The assembly instructions were very thorough and the construction well made (all the screw holes lined up except the top frame that the lid sits on). The only tough assembly part was that top frame and getting the screws to go in and line up correctly. When we completed the assembly and could not get the lid to close the customer service team was accessible right away and explained that the first time to close it you have to pull it down hard. They were right. The look of the box matches our outdoor patio furniture and we purchased a cover from the cover store. I would recommend that if you can also sell a cover, that would be great and help your business as well.

The Mirador Sienna outdoor set has genuinely exceeded what I expected. The build quality feels sturdy without being clunky — solid frame, no wobble even after moving pieces around a few times.
Comfort-wise, the cushions strike a great balance: supportive but not stiff, and the fabric feels perfect. Assembly was straightforward — clear instructions, all hardware included, done in under an hour with no tools drama.
It’s become our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening wind-downs. Would absolutely recommend if you want something that looks upscale but doesn’t feel fussy or fragile.

370 Gallon storage box
I’ll start off with I got the 370 gallon one,had some concerns over long lead times but got it delivered 6 days after I ordered , I was impressed with the packaging, there was no dings or dents in the panels . The paper instructions are pretty whack,some of the hardware is preinstalled for shipping and then you have to remove it ,the video helps, they don’t make it clear that you have to keep the hardware you removed in specific groupings . The assembly will take forever if you don’t use a power tool, but i was impressed with the overall quality and sturdiness of it, really good product. The only gripe I have is that the lid is a little wonky it doesn’t sit flat for us when closed , will have to play with it a little more.

The delivery was prompt and the product is good. Its my third one.... but fit and finish can be a challenge due to bent panels that you can (for the most part) hammer or bend back into shape. But the way it goes together seems to correct those issues. Simple to assemble if you follow the instructions.
