Finding a place that catered to what I needed was difficult (my partner has dreads) but I happened to come across lovetales and I could not have been more pleased. I loved the images of my partner and I that were generated and the fact that I got to make amendments with the credits.
The item came a day after our anniversary but this was within the stated time frame. I’m glad I used this service.

Clo and the company responded to my email after I left my review, and they were incredibly helpful and supportive. I was able to receive the book because they prioritized my delivery.

This has been extremely complicated to use. I will be lodging a formal complaint and leaving a negative review.
Whenever I want to change just one small thing, the AI changes the entire picture. There isn't enough space to write a proper prompt, making it almost impossible to get the result I want.
This is a terrible app with very limited options for actually customizing anything.
It's also quite expensive for what it offers. I used all 30 credits making minor changes because the AI kept redoing parts of the image that were already correct, even when I specifically requested only a small adjustment. I paid for extra 30 to get the same results over and over, extremely stressfull process, send 2 emails to support, heard nothing back. I dont recommend this website.

Beautiful product, genuinely thoughtful experience. You add your pictures, it creates AI avatars, and everything is editable to your liking. Got the printed copy and it feels like something truly special. Perfect gift, gifted it to my husband. He was very happy to receive it.

I wanted to make something extra special for my husband for our 15th anniversary and searched so many sites that made custom books but more of “fill in the blank.” When I found LoveTales, it was exactly what I wanted, a customized experience that allowed me to tell our love story in the way I wanted to, from my heart to his. It was an easy experience and put together in such a nice way. My husband also has low vision (and considered legally blind), so the stories were in a large print that was easy for him to see and this was something I didn’t ask for but am grateful that it came that way. He loved it! Thank you for making our 15th so memorable. I’ll continue recommending your services.

I purchased a book that was to arrive before Dec 25, due to printing issues, it arrived a month later. I did correspond with the company and they did refund a portion of my cost. The product, once received, did exceed my expectations.

I purchased two books separately and received both past the time expected, roughly 6 weeks to receive . The product itself is lovely though. Just make sure you budget your time.

The process of making the online book was very automated, but when I tried to get a printed version to Austria (normally not a country they ship to) in limited time they provided outstanding customer service and made it happen, even after a little hiccup with the printing partners.
