I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an order that was shipped to me from Italy via UPS.

Unfortunately, the parcel was sent without the street number being included in the delivery address. As a result, UPS was unable to complete the delivery and the parcel is now being returned to the sender.

I find this situation extremely frustrating, especially since the order was dispatched internationally and the issue could have easily been avoided by ensuring that the complete delivery address was provided to UPS.

I kindly ask you to investigate what happened and let me know how you intend to resolve the situation. I would also appreciate it if the parcel could be sent back to me as soon as it is returned to you, this time using my complete and correct address.

Please confirm the next steps and make sure that the full address, including the street number, is provided when the parcel is shipped again.

I bought a part from Ovoko for my car, but after spending time and money to get it installed, it doesn't work at all. Specifically, the cruise control is completely unresponsive. It is extremely frustrating to buy a part expecting it to be tested and functional, only to end up wasting time and installation fees on a defective item. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend buying electrical parts from here.

A good experience, I found a part for my car which was unavaible elsewhere in the world.
The website just need some minor improvements for smartphones users to be perfect in my opinion.

I purchased a difficult-to-find part

Ovoko dealt very swiftly with my request for a refund when our item ordered did not arrive. We have no complaints against them but they should consider their use of UPS for delivery in rural Italy
