They deliver faulty goods and then they ghost you
Worst experience with online shopping and customer service ever. The fridge was delivered faulty, I have been begging them for the whole week to take the damn thing from my apartment, since I am only here until the end of the week (tomorrow). I still don't have any info on when they will arrange the pickup and I don't now what to do, since I'll be away for at least a month (which I have explained to them on Monday). They simply don't reply to my messages. Never again

No customer service in delivery
My order is not being delivered (now 3 weeks ago).
The first time the transport company contacted me I had one hour to respond to the proposed time of delivery. Since I failed to respond in time, I have to wait again. So far nobody contacted me and I can't contact them since they don't respond to my requests.
I tried to contact Stay on by phone but the line is busy.
After several attempts I managed to speak to someone but he just pointed out that I have to wait for the transport company to contact me again.

Fast shipping, new authentic products
I bought a phone 4 months ago, everything is good, still works well and it has a Samsung guarantee, shipping was very fast. I was afraid that the phone might be not authentic since buying online but I went on using PayPal just incase, the phone is authentic and was new and sealed
