Somehow to be improved

Bought a fridge more than 15 days ago, still to be delivered. Clearly it blames on the local courier, but Bytecno should select more reliable services and take care of the entire process till final delivering.
Update: delivered today after 16 days. Courier guys were kind despite transportation was not the easiest one (4th floor), thus raising a little bit the overall experience.

Customer Service

I bought a phone (it arrived on time by the way) but decided to immediately return it (no fault in the product, service or even price). I contacted customer service and Giovanni Bassolino coordinated with me to ensure my return is timely processed and refunded without any problem. I really like to appreciate his proactiveness and responsiveness throughout the process. So, if your case is being handled by Giovanni in Bytecno, you are in safe hands. But I am sure entire customer service team is cool. Keep up the great work.
