Got my 16 Panels installed on Friday afternoon, I don’t know what the engineers did but I cannot get hot water from the tap.
I have tried calling the company but they keep promising to get someone to call me.
They have really disappointed me, I don’t know why they will turn off the main electrical system before installing and forget to check the heat pump system before leaving.
This is not good enough, also the app is also not working.
I am not happy with this service.

Great company to deal with. Work first class and no time wasted. Very neat and tidy installation and staff super friendly. 100% all round from 1st phone call to payment. Will be dealing with them again in the future definitely. Highly recommend ohk all day long.

Our initial experience with the sales assistant was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation, costs and savings possible. He had hard data available to demonatrate his claims about the performance and savings. My hesitation about getting solar was whether it would save me money or I could afford to install it. In the end the value of electricity savings exceeded the payments due on the loan for the solar system. The installation of our 18 panels and 2 5kwh batteries was fast (a few hours) and the installers were careful when working on our property. There were no issues after installation. Their app was easy to use and very user friendly.

There were some positives and some negatives. I had to ring 3 times in order to get in contact with someone from the add-on department. Eventually I got an email from them. When contact was made the responses were quick and informative and the order was put in. However the lead-time of 10-12 weeks is a bit off putting and the price was a bit high but I am hoping that because i paid that bit extra that the quality of the charger and the install will be worth it.

I have to give one star as there is no zero. I paid the deposit for solar panels installation on April 26 and supposed that the installation with in 6-8w. No communication at all from their side to schedule. I called them to give me till now three different installation dates. They don’t even call to cancel their scheduled dates. They dropped the electronic staff outside the house for rain and rust. My friends get so much better service with other companies with similar price

Everything carried out according to planning and schedules.

I used OHK 2 years ago for pv panel fitting and found them good. In April 2026 I contacted them re getting a battery fitted. Long delay in reply to email and questions not answered. Not available to discuss by phone though I requested it. Waste of time. I've moved to another company.

Ohk Energy provided an excellent service. It started with Mark our sales consultant and every member of the team who came to our house delivered to the highest standards. Installation was quick and seamless and to the highest standards. I would recommend Ohk without hesitation.

Had a great experience with OHK from the start. Originally I had planned on getting 10 panels but when the roofer came I asked would it be possible to get more up on the roof and we got two more without any problems.
All the staff I dealt with from start to finish were great and the Electrician (Alan) who came out at the end to connect up everything and went through the app with me was a gent.

I would be recommending OHK.

Very good installation and good communication all the way from start to finish. I found them not pushy for deposit and rest of money.

We ordered 22 panels and only received 20 and the roofers did not tell us and left....
After installation service is not great and trying to get information or a person to call out is not easy as we would like further options on increasing solar capacity.

OHK provided excellent quality work. The staff arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the install. They were very tidy and neat in their work. I work for a PPE company and I noticed that they all have the proper PPE and were extremely professional. The communication from their sales representative from outset was clear and he was always contactable.

Very satisfied from start to finish. The whole system was explained well and any questions we had were dealt with comprehensively. All workmen were very professional and polite and there was minimal disruption to the household. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Very positive experience, everything Keith sold us on the product has been met & exceeded. Very happy with the system we put in.
