I am a bit upset with service I recieve…
I am a bit upset with service I recieve from the Super Drug store. I thought by having superdrug handling my treatment collection, they would accept my sharpest bin, then give me a new one, but they don't. Also, I don't seem to be losing much weight, despite excersiseing and healthy eating.

I was disappointed with your replies…
I was disappointed with your replies when I said the Mounjaro delivery has not been sent correctly. I felt it was your job to investigate this with Royal mail parcel force. Yesterday, Sunday, I heard that the housing estate where I thought it might have been delivered, had located it, they thought, and when their office opens at 10 am I shall follow this up and hopefully collect it. However when I called at the sales office they had got a parcel for me but it was not the Mounjaro parcel. In the area where I live there is St George's Square, St George's lane and St George's Place so the delivery service must be sure to deliver to the correct post code: in my case IP186RW.
It remains YOUR job to talk to Royal Mail Parcel Force and find the parcel for which the tracking number was OW724211480GB and for which I paid over £200
