Had a live chat with TJ2 - Tara. She was very friendly and helpful and she resolved my query promptly.

I have been charged 49.99 to cancel a policy that hadn't even started normally you get a full refund as long as you cancel before the policy starts

Just renewed my policy using the online portal. Very fast and easy transaction. I like the way One Protect contact me by email reminding me of an upcoming direct debit payment.

Received an 'Auto renewal' quote which was not acceptable, contacted insurer and have received a new annual quotation, in line with the 'for compare' quotes, all queries covered and clearly explained in a clear and simple manner, no confusing jargon, the agent known as KT7 was excellent, I have been with One Protect insurers for a few years and KT7's help ensured I happily stayed with them. GREAT SERVICE.

Is1 was really helpful when I thought my policy was being cancelled but she did outstanding customer service and sorted everything out for me

JL9 was very helpful and as it took several hours to even get to chat to Jl9 they were very good

Totally useless service and a complete waste of my time.

One frustrating thing is you can very rarely talk to a human being i know this is universal but it still sucks. I communicated with page (ps1) on live chat who was very helpful, she answered all my questions and even came up with things I never thought about, well done page. The only reason I gave 4 star was for the fact of no phone number to call, other than that I have had no problems at all.

I chatted online this morning to agent MX2. She was extremely courteous, helpful and quick to reolve my issue. A very pleasant surprise as previous experience of being passed from pillar to post or struggling to get a AI bot to comprehend a problem let alone deal with it have made me wary of engaging online with any large organisation.

GH2 was super helpful. Answered straight away. Didn't have to answer all those bot questions and still not get anywhere. Answered all my questions. Sorted my issue. I also got breakdown cover which I couldn't find when selecting the insurance. Good sales person too!!
