What a messed up system those guys are playing in.
I paid 2 number of 150 quid for a friend birthday, 300 in total, while the only gift card I received is 150quid, and 3 days afterwards, they confirm they did not send the 2nd link and they will send it on that day, now is 7 days afterwards they confirmed in the email they sent the 2nd 150 quid gift card to "differnet recipient". One4all is such a buggy waste of time

Hi , Our Chip & PIN & Digital Reloadable Gift Cards can hold higher values but, in order to be able to do this and comply with anti-money laundering laws, they require ID verification and are therefore considered non anonymous e-money cards.
We use ID-Pal to collect the required information as the process is easy, takes just a few minutes and all the data is securely held in line with GDPR requirements.

Don’t give yourself the stress
Took ages to be able to purchase the online vouchers, had to move from my phone to a laptop and try several different browsers. Then 2 of the digital vouchers didn’t come through and two weeks later I am still waiting on them to be issues. The staff I have been email and speaking to on the phone don’t seem to have the ability to just issue me with new digital vouchers or post me replacement ones without saying it’ll take 2-3 business days to review by request/query! Won’t be using them ever again after this experience

Excessive fees
Really taken aback by the amount of fees taken from these gift cards that are bought for cash. I have a few unused cards that I am currently checking balances on and the majority of the gift cards has gone on monthly fees. It feels excessive to be honest. Will not be buying these for anyone going forward.

Not user friendly
Since the feature addition of having to insert names to send at point of purchase, it has become a much more frustrating buyer experience.
When I bulk buy, I want to be able to just purchase and have them sit in my account till I'm ready to send them. I have to send them all to myself and then unsend. The site is not user friendly as you keep having to scroll down and wait for it to load.
Also, when I have a certain count of the same monetary amount, it would be great to display it in that way eg; 10 €15 vouchers. It's too glitchy and time consuming. I'm considering buying vouchers elsewhere for ease of purchase and distribution.

18 month validity means NOTHING
One4All had to update the validity period of their cards - it used to be very limited and they would start removing the balance month by month, which got changed about a year ago to reductions in the card value after 18 months of issue.
I tried to check a card online after one year, and suddenly somehow the card was deemed "invalid" (yes, I had successfully checked the balance online before). So apparently the company doesn't read their own policies on validity and decided to renege 100% on cards.
There is no customer service - you get an automated reply of "we are experiencing high volumes of calls" from their help centre (always a bad sign) and no answer. Might as well just set fire to your money - you won't get any value from All4One.
