the process is really tough where you will feel as if it is a scam but Jessica was a life saver.After 20+ emails to her,she guided me correctly when i was almost about to give up and even asked for a refund....i could finally redeem a voucher again and it definitely isnt a scam!

I had a very disappointing experience using this gift card swapping service. When I attempted to swap my gift card, there was absolutely no explanation provided about what was happening or what I was actually exchanging it for. There was a complete lack of transparency throughout the process, which made it very confusing and frustrating.

After reaching out to customer service for clarification, I was told that it is handled by a third-party company and that they cannot do anything to help. This response was not helpful and essentially left me without any support or resolution.

I expected clearer information about the swap process and better customer support. At the very least, customers should be informed upfront about how the system works and who is responsible if something goes wrong.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the service and the lack of accountability when issues arise.

I purchased a Roblox gift card from this website, but the code has never worked. Every time I attempt to redeem it on the official Roblox gift card page, I receive an “Unexpected error” message. I have been trying to resolve this for over two months.

I contacted the company, but they did not provide any real solution or verification of the code. Instead of properly investigating whether the code was valid or already redeemed, the issue was simply left unresolved.

As a customer, I paid for a digital product that is not functional. A delivered email does not equal a working product. The code remains unusable, and no meaningful assistance was provided.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing digital gift cards from this website.

Order a giftcard 1st Dec. On 3rd Dec said it was out for delivery and still hasn't arrived.
When I emailed them they sent me a printable version to use in the gift until the physical card arrives.
I think I have been scammed now.
They don't use tracking for giftscards and they said An Post would take 3 days.
