For me, one of the better subscription services. Slightly higher price but I love the designs and very comfortable. My only gripe is that they seem to wear quite quickly with holes especially in th... See more

i signed up for the “free pair” of boxers and it unknowingly signed me up with my bank details to a subscription. i quickly cancelled the subscription and i got a charge for £12.99, i have been keeping my money in my savings so that it can’t take my money as it has been trying every single day but declining. this has caused me much distress as i am a student and can not afford to just lose money like this.
You horrible horrible vermin scammers why do these people get away with this they make out like you are getting a free pair of underwear but really they are signing you up to monthly subscriptions and then take money from your bank absolute scammers the underwear isn't even good either they are just full of synthetic colours and chemicals that is bad for your skin and body absolute horrible people and company
It's very nice fabric. Soft and light. Easy to wear.
I have cancel rhe subscription and have to replace bank card because my phone stolen sending mails that I have to pay 45£ after can cancel the subscription that dont want and never recieved nothing from them. Recieved a pairn of underwear has a hole down after some months very poor quality less than a month
Stay away from this people
I cancelled my free trial and still got money took off me without warning it's a scam.
It’s really good and soft and comfortable to wear so thanks
Cancelled my subscription and they still charging me for something I dont want anymore.
Careful with this company you are signing upto a contract.
Onthatass is your classic subscription trap, avoid it is my recommendation.
The customer support is also very rude and unprofessional.
Awful quality and the customer service is just as bad. Stay well away
Personally found the women’s underwear ran smaller than my regular size, so despite being seamless, they were quite obviously not. Aside from that they do feel like they would be a comfy material but they are thin and feel like they would wear quickly. The bra I got was very comfortable and looked good, but after just a few washes it totally lost all shape and the cups are flat fabric, like a bikini with no structure. The band has permanently folded in half from taking the weight of my chest because the cups no longer give any support; it is now incredibly uncomfortable to wear and I have had to throw it away. For the same price, I have primark bras which have lasted me 3+ years. I had assumed from all the ads that this was a luxury brand, which were focused on getting women’s wear right, but I have unfortunately found the opposite.
I thought that i would get 2 one i choose and one random one but i got only the one that i chose
Still being charged a monthly fee despite cancelling my subscription contacting my bank to get money back
I canceled suscribtion immediately after receiving first terrible quality product but they still charging me every month already 3 month !!!! I will sue them

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Try out a free boxers, then becomes bills owed them for membership subscription, that they hid all along and when you try to cancel the membership, they refuse. A Bunch of useless SCAMMERS.

SCAMMERS
This is honestly a joke. They advertise a “free pair” but then force you into a subscription and still charge you to cancel before the renewal date, even if you never received anything. I ended up losing £13 for absolutely nothing.
