Fix your systems!
Too many times you do a survey. You get to the end (and it might even take 10-15 minutes) and then it will say you don't qualify or the survey ended early or you're not a match and you get zero points. I have complained multiple times and to be fair Survey World has been apologetic and generally given me the points but they need to fix their systems so that you get screened out at the beginning, not the end. I shouldn't have to keep complaining about the same things!

I is one of my go to survey spots
I is one of my go to survey spots. However, sometimes I can click on survey after survey that are closed or I don't qualify or some other such thing. Until the point I have to many "open" and have to stop doing surveys on that site. As the survey I thought I closed is in fact not closed like we think it is. I have contacted them quite a few times and I got the impression they wished I would stop it!!

Surveys are way longer than the estimated time to complete. Repetitive questions and the payout is extremely low.

A complete, up-to-date profile also helps match you with surveys you’re more likely to qualify for, which are often better paid.
As for gift cards: our reward partner’s platform has recently been down for maintenance, and we paused reward processing so members wouldn’t run into failed redemptions. Your points are safe, and your gift card will be processed as soon as the platform is available again.

SCAM. Dont even bother... BIG waste of time
VERY frustrating to spend 15 minutes on a single survey only to be told at the end that you’re not a match...
They say they are not responsible... buy they are the ones making adveretising and promising something they will not comply ever.
I tryed several times, after the first REAL acound, i made 3 other different accounts with different data and profiles to check if it was working, and after wasted more than an hour in several days, I found always the same result. "not a match", no matter wich profile.
Just a SCAM.

I dont know my original email because it was a "hide my email, by icloud" mail. I always use this feature. And I deleted it after I cancel my account. I can only speak of my bad experience.
I can add. Last advertising I saw in Instagram was. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS (I dont remember if it says in Spain).
So i thought. GREAT, I AM A PHTOTOGRAPHER!
So I signed in again, and there was NOT A SINGLE survey about photography. And all the ones I took started and after some minutes I was discarded.
It would be great to see what they are looking for BEFORE you start the survey and dont make people WASTE THEIR TIME.
(And also, fake advertising? Really?, you people can`t be worst)

One important point: members may only have one account, with accurate details. Research partners use quality and duplicate checks, and multiple accounts or profiles with different data can trigger these automatically. This often leads to “not a match” results, so it can make the problem worse rather than test it.
We’d like to look into what happened on your original account. Please contact us through the contact form on our website with the email address you first registered with, and we’ll review your survey history.
Refund is not working
I wanted to get a refund from my Surveyworld-account via PayPal about EUR 30, got a mail how to get the money, but the stated link ends in a 403-error, the webapp is currently stopped!!!!!!!!!!

Our reward partner’s platform, which handles the redemption links, is currently down for maintenance. That’s why the link isn’t working right now. Your EUR 30 payout is safe and hasn’t been lost. Once the platform is back online, the link will work again and you can claim your money.
